    Best Day for Bloodwork

    I inject 80mg of Test C 2 x a week, .25mcg 2 x a week Arimidex , 250mg 2 x a week of HCG . I do this on Wed and Saturday.

What day(s) would be best to get Total T, Free T and Estradiol tested?

    Thanks!!

Wed morning before you inject for your trough level. But on a twice per week protocol your swings aren't as much, which is the whole point. Sometime it would be interesting to pull your BW the day after injection as well to learn where you peak.

Thanks Kel!! I knew you would have the answer.

My E2 level fluctuations lately having been causing me issues, so I'm gonna try 50mg of Test C 2 x a week and see if I can come off the AI all together.

Smart move! Be sure to gauge things by your FT level, not total T.

Does time of blood work and time of injection effect hemoglobin, hematocrit, and RBC levels as well?

I find morning bloodwork has higher hemoglobin values than PM lab draws. I've seen as much as 1.5 points on hemoglobin values drawn about a week apart, one in the AM and the other in the PM. I believe this has a lot to do with being in a more dehydrated state in the AM.
