Hot off the press. I just got an email in my in basket for a discounted labs.com (https://www.discountedlabs.com/). It says in the email 20% off all products and that it expires May 31, 2018. It implies that it's for customers to come back, but it does not specifically state that it's for customers that have not placed an order in a while. In fact, I placed an order a couple weeks ago and they are sending me this email. Anyway, might be worth a try if you need labs.
