100mg Test E twice a week. Libido changed to almost none..
I've been on the same amount... Well I know it's still considered above trt dose but I used to actually use 250 twice a week..
Too many sides.. Slowly lowered to where I felt comfortable..
100 I seemed to not really even lose much strength surprisingly.. Well a little but my main concern..
I've been on 100mg twice a week for 5 months... I used to wake up hard.. Can ejaculate twice a day. Sometimes 3.. Super horny at the sight of women..
For some reason the past month I noticed my libido decreasing... Not sure why that is.. Any help ll is appreciated
Sorry if this is the incorrect area to post

Loser123, your title says 100mg twice a day. Would you like it edited to read 100mg twice/ week?
Have pulled any labs in regards to total and free T, E2, and DHT?
Are you using pharma test or UGL?
Any a.i. usage?
HCG usage? There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Yes please.. Twice a week sorry.. Twice a day is insane..
It's UGL but a trusted source for a very long time.. I haven't lost weight or strength.. Just a libido change (loss)
NO ai, no hcg .. I know, I probably should..
T - 949 ng/dl
Free T 41 ng/dL
E2: 36.4 pg/ml
DHT- 93
Read something wrong my apologies.
Im not losing any hair.. No acne (anymore) no man boobs.
Now I don't know anything about the results currently. But I didn't change my test dose during the months I had issues. It has always been the same.
No other problems other than libido.Last edited by Loser123; 09-09-2018 at 06:50 AM.

I apologize for double post. A bit tough to use on my phone.
I'm not on any AI or HCG. I know it's a good idea to go on it. I had low T because of suboxone but I've been clean for a long time though my test was still low. And if stayed that way.
I have been taking Magnesium supplements.. Not sure if that causes anything. Also I do take Kratom every day for my back pain. It's been years. If anything it increases my libido or makes me last longer.
If I don't use kratom, I get pretty over sensitive down there. Though I never abuse it and have been using the same dose ever since I started.
The same. Around 4g every 5 hours.
Not sure if drug mentioning is allowed but it isn't a drug anyways. Though suboxone is, that was years ago. 6 years or so till I found Kratom
Also I know people may get upset but this is self diagnoses. I was on a very high dose of suboxone and it really made me pale, couldn't make gains as fast as my peers. Severe libido problems. Was skinny fat, gym every day.
Since I got off, all I noticed was I got much leaner. My strength remained the same. I couldn't get stronger.
Now I admit I am not sure my exact test levels before, but even then coming off suboxone, I was 21 and I just had really embarrassing libido issues, and making gains which made me self diagnose low T.
Because I've heard of many people having low T after suboxone treatment. It was a high dose too.
I'm 27 now and felt really great on test. Just don't undestand why the past few months my libido is very low.
Not ashamed to mention, it would go up, then it would go limp. Very frustrating for me and my girlfriend especially thinks something is wrong with me, or thinks I'm not attracted. Blah blah blah.Last edited by Loser123; 09-09-2018 at 06:37 AM.

What about prolactin? One E2 read is not enough, and with that dose I'm pretty sure you need IA...

Aw shit. I don't know my prolactin. Probably not wise to ask here but, how much of a dose of an AI (I assume you meant ai) do I need? Is it a daily thing?
I personally don't feel I need it but if that's what's causing low libido then, I can try it
Also I'd like to add, my libido, it isn't bad Every Day.. If I wait a few days no problem. Though I notice a difference regardless of how long I wait.
But it is noticeably low. It's embarrassing when it goes up then back down. Taking forever to ejaculate. Feels as if I force myself. It's odd
I'm just wondering, if used to be great every single day.Last edited by Loser123; 09-09-2018 at 07:05 AM.

Yes, IA is AI in spanish heh.
First of all you need more bloodtests, including free t, shbg, total t, prolactin, sensitive e2, and thyroid panel (free t3, free t4, tsh).
Do not use anything without knowing the results of these analyses. Maybe you need some of caber if it's a prolactin related problem, or maybe a ver very little dose of a-dex If estrogens are high more than once in these tests.
Anyway, if you want a quick fix, adding some proviron can give you a boost in your libido but that wouldn't be the appropriate solution.

As assguy posted, you need more labs. If you can get the completed set listed in the first post of the thread below if would be a great start.

Thanks a lot guys. Other forums people can be douches. Straight to the point from people in this forum
. Damn that looks like a lot of things to test for. I will post them soon as I can.
Aside from the Normal Female Hormone Panel test from private MD labs for example which cost $60.
How much would all that cost. And which test has all on that list? Unless I'd have to order a few, that's fine. I'm just wondering.
Thanks

What is the reference range on the free testosterone results ? Why not use a doctor and get pharmagrade - using UGL doesn't work forever - at some point every lab either exits and makes as much money off everyone as possible, or starts cutting corners (dose, sterility, etc), or gets shut down, or goes private, the list goes on.
Also blood work should always guide how the program is run, not a matter of "feeling". For example if estrogen was high but you were perhaps bloated in the chest, the water weight could hide the early signs of gyno. Fast forward 12 weeks you change your diet and you aren't bloating anymore and there's all of a sudden breast tissue in your chest.
It's also in your best interest to get HCG - it's very beneficial besides the testicular size. Being on exogenous test means your body is not producing FSH/LH, two important hormones. HCG supplements this.Last edited by Windex; 09-09-2018 at 08:13 AM.

Probably a few hundred dollars dollars to pull a brand new complete set. You may have to pick a test then add in what you need. Look at places like privatemdlabs, discounted labs, etc. Make sure you look around online for a discount code.
I just ordered some labs last week and there's a 15% off code through the end of September. Your DHT value does look low, but that's just a guess.
You should incorporate HCG , but at this point you may want to pull the complete labs first? You will still need to pull some follow up labs at some point. HCG is important though for several reasons including ITT and preventing atrophy. No need to walk around with raisins for testicles, right?
If you don't mind my asking, what did you initially start TRT? Was it medically necessary or were you just doing the blast and cruise thing?
No judgement on my part, it just may help everyone if they knew a bit more history.Last edited by almostgone; 09-09-2018 at 08:32 AM.

Very true thanks guys.
Raisin testes. Just sounds sad.
I put myself on a low dose because I was on suboxone for a very long time and it's known to kill your test levels.
I was going to the gym every day with people as well and they seem to always grow faster. I was depressed and pale. Kind of fat. Also complete lack of libido. Very low energy. Just felt like I wasn't a normal guy.
When I came off, things weren't the same. So I went on Kratom.
I kind of just stuck with test for a long time. I may consider lowering my dose even more because I know it's still considered high.

It might be beneficial to come off of everything at this point and locate a competent physician to get tested to get an idea of where you are. If your testosterone is low, perhaps they could attempt a restart or locate the the cause/try something like the Scally Power PCT? If that doesn't work, you would be in an ideal position to have a healthcare provider working with you. I think the A4M website has a directory of Drs.

Dug around a bit on Kratom. Curious drug: mitragynine and 7-α-hydroxymitragynine. Did you drop Suboxone and start on Kratom?
I have no idea if Kratom is the culprit here, but it looks like it could be contributing. I wouldn't advise coming off of it or anything, but a trip to the Doc sounds like a good plan. Pull all the labs and take a look at everything.
