Low lobido with BIHT
I’m on bio identical hormone therapy for testosterone . I was converting a lot to estrogen so I was put on an estrogen blocker pill too. My libido is just not there though most of the time. It goes up just enough maybe 1-2 days a week when I can enjoy sex but most of the time barely and feeling down there or drive. Can’t seem to figure it out. Anything I can add or take away that will make me horny all the time? I just wanna be like when I was 16 again n it was all I wanted n thought about. Please help

Your going to need to provide some more information before one of the vets will be able to help. What your taking, dose, frequency, blood work, doc's care or freelancing, etc.

Do you know what the pill is dosed at ?
Do you have access to your bloodwork ? What else is checked besides Testosterone levels such as the other hormones ? Do
you know if free testosterone or total testosterone was checked or both?
It sounds like the doctor is doing all the injections - are you sure it's not an oil based substance and it's actually "pellets"?
Every 6 months for hormone replacement therapy sounds terrible, even if it's Aveed/Nebido.
I would also recommend reading the TRT sticky's. In the dark I would bet your doctor poorly created your treatment protocol which is causing your problems.I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

We'll need to see labs and ranges to provide any informed feedback. In particular, was your Total T, Free T, SHBG, and most importantly E levels. Please include ranges and in the case of E, which test was used. You should also know your E level after starting anastrozole. Low E is often worse than high E for sexual side-effects. Anastrozole is difficult to dose and often drives E way too low. If I had to guess based on what you've already posted, that's the most likely root of your problem. Also, per another poster's suggestion, I strongly recommend reading the sticky threads at the top of the forum. There's a lot of valuable information in them.
