Sperm count the same???

So I have done 3 total semen analysis since Aug.

The first came back zero; which I was on gear and taking 1000ius of hCg which did nothing.

The second test 6 weeks later came back 20,000, and I was taking 100mg clomid (UGL) and 2500 ius hcg per week

The fertility doc told me to drop the clomid to 25mg ed and take 2500; both from pharm companies so I figured the potency was on point...and do a test a few weeks later.

10 weeks later I did my test (Friday) and the results were exactly 20,000 again! This makes no sense. Has anyone had this issue?

My first line of thinking is to increase the clomid to 50 and up the hcg to 3000...but I am shocked to see no increase. It is also shocking that 100mg of clomid vs 25mcg pharm grade has comparable results.. perhaps the 25mg is too low to make a difference and is barely sustaining the numbers?
