Pharma trt vs test.... Is their a difference?
As the description says is their difference between pharma trt vs "street" test?
I'm experiencing all the symptoms of low T, been tested but not at levels where my Dr will put me on trt so am exploring just going on test for life it doesn't happen.
Not saying this is the route I'm taking, but am curious to know the difference.

Depends on the quality of the raws that the UGL received. It can be just as good as pharma test or way worse than pharma test.
With pharma test you know what you're getting.
Nothing wrong with good quality UGL test, but it's a roll of the dice. There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

It just comes down to a confidence in your source. Big pharma is held to high standards that UGL aren’t.

As stated above, simple as that.

Also, if you see a 3rd party selling pharma gear, and your confident it's gtg, stock up

UGL is often called bathtub gear.

if your 35 years or older you can easily get prescribed test from an anti aging clinic . you don't have to use your local doc

It's fairly simple
Prescription Pharma:
- Properly dosed and correct volume (+/- a few %)
- Legal and legitimate
- More expensive out of pocket, less expensive if paid for by a employer benefit or health coverage
- Sterile and sanitary
- Potentially easier for travel
- Could be used as medical expense claim for taxes ? Unsure how this works outside of Canada
UGL / Black Market
- Less expensive than out of pocket, sometimes less expensive than an insurance program
- More control over dosing (no Doc involved)
- Chance of fake or under dosed
- Builds relationship with a lab for future non-TRT purchases (if applicable)
- Not legal / legitimate (low relevancy for TRT)
- Mailbox is closer than pharmacy for pickupI no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

What about bio-identical replacement.... Is this the same as pharma test? All the clinics I see offering HRT only talk about BHRT....

It's exactly as the name implies. Testosterone is bioidentical testosterone - it just means the hormone is the same thing as what your body would naturally produce, hence "biologically identical."
I recommend everyone thinking about TRT to read all the stickies - they are going to answer 99% of questions you will have and 99% of questions you didn't even think about.
There are tons of clinics out there providing proper HRT but also tons of clinics just making money off your body as a business. Reading the stickies will assist you in preventing being ripped offI no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

Stickies are the threads with important beside them at the top of the forum. They are "stuck" there so they don't get buried by newer threads...hence the term "stickies".
Also, read here:

Don't rule out a primary care Dr. for your TRT. Whoever you choose make sure they are pulling relevant labs...total test, free test, E2, SHBG, Vitamin D, etc. There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
