Blood work results
I would like to get some feedback on my results I’ve been on TRT for A while. Full disclosure I take a combo of a half cc test/deca twice a week which equals 1 cc total per week. I take my hcg on those same days.
Also:
Anastrazole 1 mg on shot days
100mcg levothyroxin ED
1.5 IU pharmacy omnitrope ED
Plus a boat of vitamins.
I noticed my ALT’s, bun, and creatine said high. Last blood work those were normal. The other thing that bothers me are my testosterone numbers. How can they be so high on such a low dose? I’ve taken triple my current dose and been at 1300 let alone 2200 like it says. What do you guys think?

the deca is likely causing a false positive for high testosterone reading. unlikely thats your actual test levels with only .5cc of test per week.
deca will cause false positives for high test levels, tren can cause false positives for high estrogen levels (so keep that in mind when messing with 19 nors with your TRT).. note: this is dependent on the lab that pulls your blood work though (depends on testing methods they use)

Your results are skewed because of Nandrolone . If you want accurate fee testosterone numbers then you need to pull Deca out for 6-8 weeks prior to bloodwork.
Creatine levels are always going to be high between high protein diet, weightlifting, and HRT. There's no point to even testing it unless you have kidney concerns.
Why so much AI is the main concern I see with your protocol. You could easily replace the AI with a combination of Masteron (100mg) and DIM (200mg).
If you are taking a boat load of vitamins that are not methylated or activated form then that can also impact ALT.Last edited by Windex; 07-01-2019 at 06:05 PM.

Thanks GH I am going to drop the deca . I did it for healing but you gave me food for thought in another post as it being over rated. I agree and will stick with the test small dose. Also would pre workout slin meds with any of my results?

Windex, I suffered from gynocomastia and even had surgery for it. I guess I’m paranoid and don’t want a repeat. Should I cut the AI dose or drop it and see what my estrogen is after a couple months??

Other test you may want to consider for kidneys is a Cystatin C test, it's not influenced by muscle mass, age, race etc.
Had high creatinine levels, checked for Cystatin C as a precaution, and while the creatinine was high, cystatin was normal.
Chitosan can also help reduce creatinine levels.

Keep in mind the AI you are taking was originally designed for breast cancer. I would personally be injecting 3 times per week instead of 2 to control blood levels better. Then, adding in DIM at 200mg per day with 100mg of Masteron per week.
Can tritrate up the DIM or Mast if necessaryI no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

Great advice above. Next time run the LC-MS/MS testosterone test instead of the ECLIA due to the interference as stated. This will give you an accurate reading. If you use Labcorp LC-MS/MS has to be indicated on the script otherwise they will default to the ECLIA, even if you verbally advise them. Pain in the ass.
For you E2 it needs to be a sensitive assay to be accurate. Standard estradiol can be very erroneous in men and read higher. So, imagine if your reading is incorrectly elevated as I'm assuming. Your E2 is probably in the toilet at that dose, in other words. Get some accurate readings on your current protocol then make adjustments, imho. Your current AI dose is seriously too high.
Re your ALT, AST values they're not that elevated. Simply working out can elevate them to supra-physiologic levels for up to 7-10 days due to muscular trauma. Taking NAC would help and is beneficial in many other ways regardless. Sometime pull blood work after a week or two break from training and see the difference.
