Knowledge needed
Evening all.... need some knowledge.
I am 45yo, 5'11", 250. I am about 30 percent BF.
Had my bloods taken and found I have low T.... 345
Went to TRT specialist and he put me on 200mg per week Cypionate . I pin on Thursday, pin HCG on Tuesday and take Arimdex on Friday.
I have REAL Anavar as well. Was going to do week 5 to 10 at 50mg per day. Going to Run 1800 mg of NAC
I do and want to Increase my test to 500 from week 5 to 10. This Test is not Pharmacological, its from UGL
Please help with the following Questions....
When to take the Var?
What can I expect from the Test and Var
Over all thoughts?

Save the anavar for when your body fat is lower. At 30% bodyfat you need to focus on:
(1) Optimizing your HRT (for example arimidex isn't needed, among many other things)
(2) Optimizing nutrition (if it was optimized you wouldn't be at 30% BF)
(3) Training, cardio, and sleep
Probably not the answer you wanted to hear but it's the reality. At your stats Anavar is going to do literally nothing but empty your wallet. And increasing Test for 5 weeks is going to do nothing.
I would read the HRT stickies as well as understand what you signed up for the rest of your life.I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

Honestly, 5 weeks is a short run, especially if your test is cypionate or enanthate .
Personally, I would get my TRT dialed in. It is very likely you can inject 2x/ week @ around 50-65mg per injection and "bank" the rest of the testosterone for a future blast if that is what you are looking to do.
Make sure your free T is being tested, that is what is important to feeling better. Also, check your estrogen levels with a sensitive E2 text. The reduction from 200 mg/ week to a lower dose 2x/week may well indicate that you don't need the arimidex . Again, you could hold onto the extra a'dex for future use.
Hold onto the var as well until you get your TRT optimized. There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Windex already gave you the right answer.
I am on TRT therapy as well these older days. Lol. I get legit Cyp and take 200/week. My peak and trough are usually 900ish and 650ish. I only have to go in for bloodwork 1 time per year. I see a legit endocrinologist, not some doctor who prescribed what you ask him.
If you are on TRT there are several advantages.
1) you never have to worry about post cycle therapy . Your boys stay shut down.
2) you get legit gear.
3) you get legit medical care and bloodwork to check on your overall health. At least with a endocrinologist you do.
If you need to be on TRT, go completely legit in this area. Let insurance pay. Enjoy pharma grade and appreciate a doctor looking after you. Once everything stabilizes and the doc is satisfied st your levels, you can go yearly like I do in most states.
During this time, enjoy teenage level test levels. If you are legit low T, (300-400 range) the boost will give you huge potential for improvement.
Get diet on point as advised.
Do some low intensity cardio. Do it in the morning on an empty stomach. 20 min a day will do amazing things.
Once you get you BF under 20%, then and o KY the. Would I consider doing some kind of legit cycle.
In the meantime, you can learn about the compounds as well as how and why to use them. St high BF, you are at a much higher risk for Gyno and estrogen pitfalls.
