    Is this normal? ( Dose change )

    Everytime I change my dose, I feel like crap for 4-5 weeks then I start to feel better. Wondering why that happens

    Some people are very susceptible to sudden hormone fluctuations. Best to adjust in small increments.

    4-5 weeks is excessive. Usually it’s a couple days. Can you give an example of what you’re changing?
