TRT problem and separation
Hey Bros,
After my separated state from my wife in which it has been 3 months my whole sex Life has been shut down.
No libido and no sexual pleasure what so ever.
I upped the Test C dose to 200 mg/wk I have some Letro and just got some Proviron which I’m dosing at 50 mg daily.
How often and how much should I dose the Letro.?
How long does the Proviron take to kick in?
Thanks in advance

You don't need letro at all. If you're not symtomatic leave your estrogen alone. Estrogen is anabolic and beneficial in most cases to growth and libido.
Odds are the lack of desire, etc is due to stress / anxiety, not E2.

Highly agree with Kel's advice. Maintaining a stable TRT protocol with enough T to keep your Free T levels in range should be your goal (assuming your goal is TRT and not bodybuilding). If you had normal libido at your prior dose of TRT before the separation, then upping the dose will probably not do anything except mess up your endocrine system. I'd focus on control of stress with regular exercise and/or relaxation techniques.

Its just that for 3 months I have had no sexual desire and no libido at all, kinda worries me.
Will the Proviron help in freeing Testosterone ?
And bringing Libido back?

If you don't already have baseline labs, it too late to get them. I can already tell you that at 200 mg/week, your Total and Free T will be well out of range. But then adding Proviron into the mix may drive your SHBG so low that you hyper metabolize the T. It all depends on where your baseline SHBG were to begin with.
My advice, drop all the extra stuff you just added. Give your hormones about 6 weeks to come back to an equilibrium and run a full T panel (Total T, Free T, SHBG, and DHT) also add in E2 using a sensitive test designed for men. Run the blood draw on the day of the next scheduled injection and see where you baseline values are with your standard protocol.
BTW, What is your standard protocol?
