Can I increase my T with combining HCG and AI?

I was diagnosed with low t and my doctor adviced me to do TRT, but I dont want to fuck uo my natural production. So first I thought of clomid, but since Im pretty young (18, almost 19) and clomid lowers IGF and has estrogenic effects on bone growth I thought it might not be an ideal choice.

Especially since osteoporosis is something that runs in my family. So I thought of hCG since it has shown incredible raises in T, without adding exogenous T, so I was hoping it wouldnt destroy my natural production, right?

Since hCG increases estrogen too though as someone told me I thought I could combine it with an AI. Which would be the best AIs? What are the side effects of this combo? WOuld it be efficient? Also for optimum bone growth?

Thanks in advance, Im new to all this

taking an AI is a horrible idea .. will destroy your health way more then having 'low T' or anything else your worried about

really? even if I try to dose it low? I dont want to inhibit all estrogens, I just dont want the increased Estrogen from the hCG

do a basic search of the side effects of AI's with something like Arimidex .. once you see them , think about if thats something you'd really want to risk long term health using.
having some elevated estrogen does not have near the side effects as an AI would. in fact , the HCG raising your test and estrogen levels together is likely the very thing you need
