Should I Go TRT or HCG? Very Low Sex Drive (Normal TT)

Hello, I really need help here.
I’am 38 years old, suffer form Mood swings, Depression, Low Sex Drive and penis numbness (also I don’t feel anything during orgasm) and whats worst is that doctors in my country have no idea what they are doing. They just tell me that I’ am normal, I 'am just stressed out !!!
So I have decided to do some blood test (myself)
    Total Testosterone : 5,13 ng/ ml (2,6 - 8)
    513 ng/dl
    Free Testosterone : 15,4 pg/ml (8,7 - 25)
    SHBG : 4,1mg/ml (1,7-5,1)
    43 nmol/l ( 18 - 54)
    E2 : 28,72 pg/ml (Adult < 75)
    FSH : 2,97 mUI/ml (1-10)
    LH : 4,82 mUI/ml (1-8,5)
    PSA : 0,40 ng/ml (0,21-1,75)
    Prolactine : 4.4 ng/ml (1 - 20)
and also my Total Testosterone was 355 ng/dl (2 years ago, even though My TT increased, nothing changed in terms of symptoms)

I don’t know if I should go HCG or TRT ? PLEASE HELP, I can’t leave like that anymore, it’s been 6 years !!!

My guess is that if you addressed the depression then your other symptoms may improve.

    Do you exercise?
    What is your diet like?
    How stressful is your life/work/marriage/finances/etc...?

How you done anything to alleviate your depression?

    Hello Guys, thanks for reply,
I'am not on any medication, not married, single, I workout 4 days /week (12 to 15% body fat).
It all started when I started to lose money and I had to liquidate my company (but its been 6 years now).
Never done Steroids (almost 20 years at the gym)
I also noticed that I started to have Poor memory
also Difficulty with finding words to say,
Low self estime and low confidence. ( I was the opposite of all those things 6 years ago)
Nowadays, I have a decent job and I forgot about the past.
After doing some research, I found that if you had let say 1000 ng/dl when you were young and now you have 500 ng/dl, you will have symptoms of Low T because it's half of what you had.

I mean this in the most helpful way, are you or have you considered seeing a therapist? With what you described I don’t think TRT is going to solve much of that for you.

I never thought about seeing a therapist, so you think it's Psychological ?
I don't want to take like XANAX type medications, those thinks really can change a person behavior, I've seen it.
I will do another blood work : TSH and DHEA
My prolactin is on the low side et SHBG little bit high.
I'am 38 years old so I have nothing to lose even if TRT doesn't work, I also don't want children.

Mood swings, depression, and anhedonia are all psychological problems. You even describe an event (your business) that led you down this path. Xanax is more for anxiety and you’re right, it’s some nasty stuff. Not trying to deter you from TRT, just might be some things a therapist could help you worth through and nothing wrong with trying SSRIs if you need them, although they aren’t going to help with sex drive.

Go talk to someone. You have nothing to lose. Life’s too short not to take steps to manage depression. You won’t always feel like this.

    Thanks for the reply Cylon357,
I will also check TSH, T3, T4 and Albumine (because my Free T is direct, not calculated)
    I will keep you posted.
