So iam on trt 150 mg/w test cyp
Injecting on Sunday evening and Wednesday evening(75 mg each shot).
When is the best time to drow blood for
Total testosterone
Free testosterone

I am on a similar regimen. For you I would have blood drawn on Wednesday morning.
The main thing is to do it consistently every time in my opinion.
That way you are always comparing apples to apples.

Are you getting the test done through a doctor or on your own. I have found that different doctors will want it done different days. My current doctor wants it done 48 hours after injection (I am on 100mg Test. Cyp., 50mg twice a week, BTW). However, my last wanted me to do it on a “trough” day (the day before you’re injection), which is supposed to check for your lowest levels of the week. Doing it the way my current doctor wants is supposed to be checking for the highest levels of the week, but that applies more to once a week injections. Twice a week cyp. Injections, do a much better job of keeping your Test. Levels stable.

Whichever you choose, Richard is correct in that you need to do it consistently every time.
