Headaches on HRT? (Test & GH)

I'm 44 and I'm running 1.5 IU GH 6 days on, and 200 MGs of Test Cyp a week. I just started the GH and now 5 days in I feel like I have a mild headache. Feels like I'm wearing glasses where the prescription is to strong with mild eye pain. Anybody deal with something like this, and figured out a remedy?

Btw, I also just popped my first does of Arimidex .5 mg a few days ago..

Don’t do that with the AI. The water retention from GH is a TOTALLY different pathway than the water from aromatization. You can and will crush your E2, feel like total dogshit and still be holding water.

Agree with Gallo. Seriously, don't take and AI on TRT. Always better dropping your dose a bit as very few people need 200 mgs test per week on TRT.
    Hydrate more as well.

Looks like headaches can be an issue with the AI. I've never had estrogen issues in the past, until now, and the AI did drop the estrogen side effects. I am going to do a .25mg dose on Monday, and see if I can play it by ear from there. Where I can drop it completely.

    How’s your BP?

I also agree, pass on the Ai(I do, now)

200mg a week seems alright, for self prescribed - using UGL twat - but, I think the norm of HG test is 150mg weekly

I just dropped some blood a couple of days ago and BP/hemo were excellent. I now do think I'm dealing with an Arimidex headache considering the timing. I am going to lower the dose next week, and see if i can just drop it. The estrogen side effects were pretty bad, so I don't want to get into that again. I may talk to my doc about Nolva.

What were said sides, and when did they start?

I was having hot flashes, and severe itching all over the body. Everytime just two weeks after starting TRT. Which is when it usually starts to take effect on me. Once I stopped, two weeks later they would go away. I delt with it to the point I decided to stop working out and using HRT all together. I decided to pick HRT back up this past month. Strangely enough, itching is usually listed as a side for low estrogen, so I disregarded it as not an estrogen issue. I spent a lot of time thinking it was the carrier oil, so I switched between 3 oils, and that wasn't it. It was just recently that I read some articles saying that Estrogen actually can affect histamine release. I remembered I had a couple of scripts for Arimidex stored away since I never had estrogen issues before (I've been on TRT off & on for 6 years). I pulled out a 1mg pill, chopped it in half, and took it. Low and behold 24 hrs later all my side effects were gone just like that. I'm planning to get some blood work soon to get a better picture, but if a little bit of AI here & there can keep symptoms at bay, so be it..

I’d personally try something like Benadryl first and see if that works. Not a great long term approach, but then again, it’s not like eating Adex or Nolva is much better for you.

Tried it. Nothing OTC helped. I think my best bet is figuring out the minimal does of AI to run with.

Do you take cialis or any bloodpressure medication like Lisinopril or such? These can cause the headache in association with the test.
Adex should not be in your vocabulary on TRT. Aromasin is what you should use. You cannot bottom out your E2 on Aromasin. Yes at 200 a week you will need an AI. Did my bloodwork today on 240 a week trt. Dr freaked out at 1000 free test score haha.
Yes headaches are a side of HRT and exactly as you describe. Add a 30 minute nap somewhere in your day and it usually removes that issue.

I'm at 4 days now with the migraine. Not severe but pretty annoying. I've been reading that estrogen issues do create migraine problems. I only ate .5mg of Arimidex 5 days ago, and I would figure it would go away by now. Blood pressure has been fine. I'm starting to wonder if it may be my 1.5 IU HGH. I pretty certain it's not the testosterone . Can just one dose of AI crash your E2?

    Extremely unlikely,

I’m pretty aware on how bad headaches can suck(specially after having a brain hemorrhage) - I dunno, you gotta go by feel

All the stuff that you mentioned you take, shouldn’t give you day(s) long headaches
