Brain fog
Hey Bros,
It’s been a while since I have posted.
Feeling horrible with brain fog lately.
movement ,mobility, thinking pattern, speech, anxiety, reactions , hot flashes seem off.
My protocol that seems to have worked was 130 mg pinned once a week without the use of AI.
130 mg weekly from the what I have read and found in this site requires no AI.
Lately I have been using .25 of Anastrozole and after I take it instead of feeling better it goes to worse.
Don’t want to make assumptions but I’m thinking that my gear is bunk and the AI may be keeping my E2 low.
The symptoms feel like Estrogen related.
A stayed away from the AI for a few days and started feeling better.
Today I took .25 mg Anastrozole and symptoms feel ugly.
I live in Central America and If some Endos in the States are crap, imagine how they are around here....
So yes , I admit I administer by how I feel due to the situation as mentioned due to Endos and shit.
I’m sure I’m not the only who administers TRT by themselves.
Maybe someone can help me out with their Knowledge and experience.
Thanks

Yesterday I went and bought pharmacy testosterone (Sustanon )and got home and injected.
I have to say that I’m feeling lots better as of today. No Brain fog.... happy feeling!
So I’m saying my gear had to be bunk!
The Test Cyp administered before was 300 mg per 1 ml......

Sounds random.
If you put yourself on a program, schedule, you could adjust it to make progress.
