Regaining Fertility and maybe Endogenous T?
So I’m 28 years old. Been doing AAS for about 8 years now. Just got recently engaged and I know I’ll be trying to have kids within the next year.
Since beginning of 2021 my PCP has had me “ween” off of T. For the last two years ive been taking 250mg of test E Every two weeks. I know that’s not optimal but I felt really fine on that schedule. So my PCP had me drop 25mg with each injection. About July I had completely dropped all TRT. My body has still yet to bounce back. They haven’t prescribed me hcg or clomid. They just keep telling me my body will jump back. I got tired of waiting and feeling like shit so I found an endocrinologist and low and behold. He did this blood work panel that I will link with this post. After he got the results today. He calls me to set up an MRI. I really don’t see the point to run up my insurance and break my pocket book.
Should I find another doctor? Or is this endocrinologist actually up to something? Does he really need to see my pituitary gland? Why hasn’t he suggested any kind of fertility protocols like the ones I’ve been reading about? I’ve been seeking help all year and tired of struggling with this. It’s a effecting my career, relationship and my overall self wellness.

Fuck,
How “bad” do you feel? Total test of 100?! Shit
My current thought on this is, run 3 grams of tribulus daily + longjack, daily cialis(id say 10mg’s), low dose the clomid(since it makes you feel like shit, or u can load up - up to you) + Proviron (50mg’s daily)
Daum, your numbers make me cringe - since me & the wife are somewhat kicking around the same idea of going for another kid(luckily we had one before my roid journey began)
But, I’m no scientist here - but, apparently this isn’t an exact science either
Edit - if anyone can add anything to this feel free. . . This is all “bro science” just like roids are in the first place
Keep this updated - I can def use a new test subject. . . The last one didn’t make itLast edited by < <Samson> >; 12-11-2021 at 09:52 AM.

Peep enclomiphene instead of clomid. I think it has the potential to be "Clomid without all the negatives" and am in process of an experiment with it. Will post shortly.

Thanks for the inputs. I’m did a very extensive panel for this clinic in Miami Fl. Hopefully all goes well. I’ll look into. I’ve already made an order for some HCG , HMG, And clomid. After my bloods yesterday. I pinned 200 mg of sust. Got tired of feeling like shit. Hopefully the doc’s at this clinic will straighten me out. But yea the last 4 months have been brutal. Surprised ive been pushing this far

First off I dont see you mention if you have had your sperm count tested. What makes you think you need to come off TRT? Dont automatically assume you cant have kids just because you are doing cycles or on TRT. There are plenty who are on here that will tell you otherwise and have kids to prove it.

I have had two done. One in September after a “only a month” of clomid and hcg . I didn’t even give myself enough time for sperm maturation. Then I did another in November still no luck. And my PCP suggested it I come off to
Regain fertility. She just doesn’t have any experience with this kind of pharmacology.

You can PM if want. I have come off all cycles and TRT twice for kids. I know I had a total test of 42 ng/dL when I came off for my second kid. I talked everything over with my urologist and he prescribed clomid, of which I obtained outside the medical channel for our first kid. I did not use anything else. I did not want to crush estrogens with AIs nor did hCG make sense to my doctor. After 5 months of varying clomid dosages I was at 300 ng/dL from the balls. I may have been able to get back into 500 or 600 range after a year, but that is a ton of clomid and back on TRT just seemed more logical and dr agreed.
I was scheduled for a fertility test around month 6 but since my wife had just become pregnant there was no need. In other words, I do not know where my sperm count was. I can tell you at 42 ng/dL life is miserable, especially as a powerlifter.

Have you considered running pct?
If he wants an MRI it's to check for a pituitary adenoma.
Remember, not all adenomas elevate prolactin. Mine didn't and shut me down to a 59 T level.
Sometimes the hpta just struggles to start on it's own. PCT is probably worth a try. It cannot hurt.
