    High prolactin on trt

I'm on a trt dose of test only right now. 150mg per week, injection sub q daily. But I have slight prolactin related sides, sore nipples, and a somewhat low sex drive and not so hard erections. Anyone have the same issue and have fixed it without have to take something? My arimdex and Nolva don't seem to help at all.

Adex and nolva won't impact prolactin, at least not directly. P5P and Vitamin E are good OTC options, peep google for doses.

If those aren't enough, give caber a look.

Wait, do you have bloodwork saying your prolactin is high or are you guessing?

Guessing I haven't specifically tested my prolactin I thought it was an estrodidal issue but mine isn't that high. I'm switching TRT doctors on Monday, so I'm going to ask for another full panel, including prolactin to be sure. But figured something over the counter would be nice to drive from now, and see if it helps.

I may just want to get some Caber to anyway because now that all my other levels are good, I have some tren that's burning a hole in my drawer.

Always, always go by your labs. Ger the Prl panel results and then go from there.
Shotgunning it based on feel will take you down avenues that you don't need to waste your time on.

Not giving you a hard time. Just hate to see people put themselves through unwarranted duress because they are overwhelmed by all of the possibilities that access to Google can provide.

My PCP made me pull labs for my prolactin prior to letting me loose on trt. I didn't know wtf would come back since I was already on 175mg a week of test & 90mg of weekly deca + daily 25mg of Var + 25mg a day of Proviron

My prolactin numbers came in perfect within range

    Ferritin 124 25 - 506 ng/mL
    Prolactin 10.3 2.5 - 22.5 ng/mL

Yea definitely this is the best route again I'm so new to blood work I don't know all the tests, I've had 5 different bloods in the last 6 months and still can't get the docs to pull every panel I ask for.
