Thoughts on Free T Levels

Hey guys,

Been on TRT for about 10 years or so now, but never seemed to dial in my levels just right (although I could be mistaken).

I took my blood test the day of one of my two/week injections, the results of which are below. The blood test was taken at LabCorp. I feel like free test is low. Thoughts?

*Total Test: 681 (264-916)

*Free Test: 10 (6.8-21.5)

Free IS low. Total is almost irrelevant, but that is a fine number if at a trough.

My GUESS is your SHBG is high. I would say pull it, and maybe DHT and Estradiol sensitive as well.
