    15,000ius a day of D3 has taken me from 24 to 86 in a range of 30-100.

    Just curious, how long did that take. I was also at 24 two weeks ago, and I've been taking 10,000 ius a day since.

    After 4 months of 5000ius I went from 24 to 36.
    After 4 months of 10000ius I went from 36 to 60.
    After 4 months of 15000ius I went from 60 to 86.

    Vitamin D has a very long half life and thus it takes a long time for changes in a protocol to fully affect bloodwork.
