    hgh question

I decided that I am going to do a cycle of hgh. I am going to do about a 6 month cycle at 3iu/day split into two doses of 1.5iu/day. I have been working out about 11 years my stats are 6'2 224lb about 15%BF. Before anyone rips me apart I have to say that the reason for taking hgh is for general health and anti aging and hopefully some bf loss. What should I combine with GH to speed up fat loss and when should I add it to my cycle? I read about cytomel and insulin but I am not sure. Any feedback is appreciated, thanks.

    Do some more research.

GH only is not a 'cycle'.

GH is great for anti aging, It it were me, I would plan to use GH for longer than 6
months. Around 6 months is where you will really start to feel the effects.

The only thing you should even consider adding to your GH protocol is Coleus Forskolii for thyroid support. Don't mess with Cytomel and especially insulin , you don't need that. You fvck up with insulin, you die.

Don't forget that you need good fuel for your body and proper nutrition as well as vitamin/mineral supplementation. Watch your carbs.

Cardio is your friend. Do some everyday.

I'd dose differently, but that's just me. Good luck, don't fvck up.

Try doing 30 day T3 cycles. Start with 25mcg ed and ramp up to 100 mcg in 2 weeks and then ramp down for 2 weeks, stay off for a month and repeat. That combined with daily cardio should help with fat loss. But at 15% BF it may be difficult to get a lot leaner.

This is just bad information. Do people just make this shit up?

You will shut your thyroid down by day 3 and it takes 6 weeks or longer to restore normal function.

It worked pretty well for me. This is a cycle my doctor put me through in the past with no ill effects.

I'd find a new doctor, someone who knew what they were doing and how to properly prescribe meds. A real MD would never prescribe what you suggest.
