    slin and gh post workout

    i do some slin post workout wiht some gh
    question is: is it ok if i take my pins and leave it in my car for 1 hour and then shoot? i'm more worried about the gh. oh and its cold where i live so when i go back in car its nice and cool. just wondering if i'm damaging my stuff

    i take mine to gym in a little cool bag with an ice pack in it.

    This is not the case. I prefer to shoot GH either with no carbs present or if i am taking in carbs with gh i will want to use slin too. Due to the fact I eat carbs pre workout for energy (and this has been shown to be as if not more important than PWO) then it makes sense to shoot slin and GH PWO. That way you still get the synergy but you dont have to worry about insulin release being blunted by gh

    If that works for you, stick with it. I am on a different schedule so I will not comment further.

    yes since last week following some good advice from this board. Previously I shot a lot later in the evening whci I did not feel was making the best of the GH.
    What did you read back through all my threads looking for damning evidence or something??
