I had no pain at all, not one single shot. I loaded the pin with 20mcg's which was 2 lines on a 1/2 ml pin and filled up to line 7 with BW. The only time I felt any kind of stinging was when I took the pin out, but that was nothing.

Im sure they did 50mcg all in one shot. how did you mix it?

I mixed it with AA and it was actually Sodium Chloride that I used not BW. I used 1ml of AA instead of the 2ml's that it came with.
