ive been reading a ton of different boards and threads, its seems every one kinda has a diffferent way to run mgf,

(#1)one way was 100mcg mgf in each muscle 24 hours before worked muscle, then 25mcg igf PWO in each muscle.

(#2)another way, after worked muscle 100mcg mgf in each muscle PWO, then 1hour later igf in that muscle.

(#3) after worked muscle 100mcg mgf in each muscle pwo, then 3 days later igf in that muscle.

What do you think is the best way to run mgf? And since igf-1L3 is longer acting then igf, is 20 to 25mcg in each muscle PWO low enough, so it wont go systemic??? i dont want any igf floating around finding a receptor so it can grow, like guts etc....
