    so at the end of week 2 and it was a pretty bad one. I hurt my shoulder helping a mate move his damn pool table and i tried to train on monday and made it worse so no weights last week
    Also i started getting welts and redness around the injection site, fridays being the worst, i think it was the bw i was using it was leftover from a friend and i think it wasnt the best quality. I have also ran out of said bw and have some on order just not sure when it will arrive. I still have some sterile water so i was thinking of taking 5iu tue and 5iu wed just so i dont have to miss this week, or doing 3.3iu tue, wed, thur. If i recon tue morning and use the bottle by thur morning im hoping it will be ok.

    I decided to do 3.3 iu for 3 days this week and yesterday was the first injection for the week. i was supposed to train later on in the day but the bump in iu's made me really lethargic in the afternoon, and i didnt make it so that means catch up day this saturday
    It was also my weigh in day so i did it today instead and its just under 2 kg or around 4 pounds. Pretty happy as 2kg p/w is my goal, and i have not started the clen yet
    I am still experiencing the redness and its like a lump under the skin and this was with a different diluent, so it was the gh.
    Im a little concerned that my gh is bunk, even though i trust my source and i double checked them against pics here, im not sure why it is still red, i think i might be doing something wrong.

    Hgh body fat percentage start

    Im fat. Currently 21 percent body fat...what body fat percentage makes sense to kick off?
