    Question of the Day-Slin

    Ok so im taking slin. Im about to begin a new cycle. Test,deca ,tren -slin.
    I was going to take a week or two of clen before i begin cycle. Now i understand that clen reduces slin sensitivity, and HCA should be used but i don't have any soooo
    Im taking T3 with my cycle witch upregulates the same beta receptors that clen down regulates (making you take time off the clen).
    So can i take clen with the t3 and not reduce slin sensitivity?

    HELP!

    i havnt seen any definitive studies so i can only comment from personal experiance. i have run the same and havnt noticed any difference

    I guess I'll give it a shot, how will I know if I'm decreasing sensitivity anyhow?

    I think you told me your at 7-8% Bf. if you are truly that low I see no need to run clen if you goal is the put on LBM. Drop the clen IMO, and just worry about a strict diet. Carb cycle if you have to in order to keep the body fat low while bulking up. I don't understand why some want to run clen while bulking up, its a waste. If people are truly worried about putting on fat while gaining then they need to have look at there diet. Drop the clen

    Personally I can't fathom why, on the message boards, it is the norm to add more and more drugs.

    re: insulin sensitivity... imo GDAs (e.g. chromium polynicotinate) should be a dietary mainstay. Supplemental fiber and fish oil as well.

    GDAs + fiber + fish oil + a sound diet + weight-training > hapless drug use

    You all have been a great help, I appreciate it. Educated answers from respected members. I'll forget the clen . My diet is very strict PWO but can be a bit lousy at lunch.
    I'm at 9-10% when I went to doc 2.5 weeks ago
