HGH life question

For how long does the hormone stay in the body after the injection ?? do larger quantity stay more in the body ?? What about its effects , does it still burn fat even after its cleared out ??? cuz ive read somewhere that peak levels of IGF-1 are noted approximately 20hours after HGH administration .

1 more question : am 22 years old so i still have some natural HGH in me and my injection is first thing when i wake up , my question is the followin = do i go workout immediatly after my HGH injection this way i can lose more fat ?? or do i need to wait for it to clear out that way i can secrete my own natural HGH during workout instead of suppresing it ??
