    Hgh for fats lost?

    when is best to shot it for fats lost?
    Am time before cardio? 2iu ok?

    Here is his info from one of his other 50 threads he has started already....

    Stats-
    Age? 32
    Height? 5.9
    Weight? 215lbs
    BF% 11%
    Diet (details please)* always low carbs...
    Cycle Exp? already did 10 cycles for sure..2 a year
    PCT Knowlege always with clomids only
    Training Exp train 5 x a week

    Hmmm well looks like he could begin GH. I don't know how I feel about "always low carbs" bet he could be MUCH bigger if he didn't do that especially w/ 10 cycles under the belt.

    Carbs aren't bad its the choices and if you don't allow your body its primary source for energy it'll use protein for energy instead of building

    I personally enjoy a high Fibrous carb diet.... but thats just me.

    only veggies? how many you take in daily. that depletes me so fast. not enough carbs or calories

    Love sweet potatoes, oats, ezekiel bread, rice, thats pretty much my carb sources

    No, not only veggies. Fibrous carbs throughout the day, complex pre and post workout, fibrous only 2 days a week (non workout days), and a refeed of complex carbs 1 day a week.

    Using HGH for fat loss is just plain ridiculous. Sure it helps lean you out but there are MUCH less expensive alternatives (T3, clen , ECA and diet) for fat loss than HGH. The reason to use HGH is to enhance collagen synthesis, strengthen the tendons, ligaments and connective tissue while enhancing an AAS cycle. Personally I think it's pointless without the slin but that's jmho. I won't be spending $$$ on GH unless I plan to run it with slin.

    yea 2-4 will work but in my opinion its a waste using hgh only for fat loss because there are many better and cheaper ways out there

    I think there is more to the hgh than just the fatburning from chemical reactions. For me it gets me n a better mood and gives me more energy and great sleep. So I'm more Inclined to workout/cardio just because I feel better. Jmo
