IGF-1 in vitamins?
I noticed you can buy igf-1 from now foods in a pill and each serving contains 86 ng of igf-1. How much igf-1 do I need to take to see results and is this really igf-1? where would you recommend buying igf-1? Can I just buy it from some vitamin shop or am I completely retarded?

I do 80 mcg ed when I am doing it, so do the math. I think that is 100 pills? So it could be a replacement meal for you AND... it doesn't come in pills.

I am not sure it matters, IGF-1 is a peptide hormone. So more than likely it will be destroyed in the GI track before it is absorbed.
