Had my GH level tested at 3iu's a day

I had it tested at 3iu's a day on yellow tops.

I was dead in the middle of the scale. Im 28, 6' 205lbs, always had low HGH, but I figured on 3iu's I'd be higher than that.

Bumping to 4iu's now... getting pricey!

p.s. Anyone know a way to lower your hematocrit?

    What were you numbers at?

Was it your igf-1 level you had tested?

    How is your hematocrit at?

To lower it, simply get your blood out, about 300 ml not more than 450 in any case.
    Enjoy.

My hematocrit is 51.7% after 4 months off cycle.

My IGF-1 was tested it was middle of the road on the scale, pretty much dead center, I think 367?

is there even any way to do a surefire GH test?? GH is pulsed, and it only lasts a few hours in the body. so you could have huge difference in the numbers, depending on the time of day you do the test??

Thats why you check your IGF-1 level. It is a more accurate marker of gh levels.

Adult male US value for IGF-1 is 54-329 ng/dL

So 367 is a pretty decent number on 3iu's/day

I have the number off or the scale was different (things vary from lab to lab) when all my results are in I will get them, but I do recall it was mid scale.
