sorry for the delay..... I couldn't get to a computer yesterday and I had work for about 14 hours on saturday. I was unable to train shoulders this week because i've been so busy. Missing a workout isn't like me at all LMAO.
I'm starting the slin again today so i'll weigh myself probably on wednesday.

So I shot 4iu's again at 7:00 - had my shake and everything..... I decided to weigh myself today and to my surprise..... 248.5lbs! 1.5lbs heavier since last week.

Ok So question....
Lets say Im done working out. I immidiately take my Xiu's. Wait 20min and take my XXg of dextrose. Then wait 45min and have my 60g Protein. Now, do i need complex carbs WITH that 60g of protein or is that protein good? THEN, 1 hour after that have my brown rice and chicken. So i need the complex carbs with that protein shake or can I wait to get them in with my brown rice and chicken meal? Get what im sayin?

Yes i have carbs with the protein.....
here's what I did yesterday.....
6:30pm 4 ius
6:50 - aftershock 30g carb 30g protein
8:15 (peak release) - vitargo and whey 35g carb and 60 protein
9:15 chicken and rice
I cut back my carbs big time and I was fine - roughly 7g carbs per iu of slin.....

So on my off days, can I take 2iu when I wake up in the morning? Then proceed as normal? Wait 20min and drink my 20g of dextrose, ect?

Off days I still took between 4-6 iu's...... don't lower the dosage. It'll still work for slamming nutrients into the muscle.

Ok. So on off workout days, take normal IU, just take it when you wake up. Correct.
