I will be taking Humulin R Post workout tapering up from 4IUs to eventually 8-10. Staying on the safer side.
Just to be clear and safe does this protocol sound okay?

Workout
Take Insulin immediately PWO
Within 15 mins take carb drink/BCAA/Glutamine/creatine Shake
go home and eat meal (fish/rice) about 45mins -1 hour after the shake.
eat again in another 2 hours or so.

by that time the insulin should just about leave the system right? is this an ok protocol?
