    Turf Toe?

Suffering from Turf Toe at the moment from some intense flag football games.

Anyone ever had it, and what can I expect?

What's the best way to rehab it?

I had it in college. It is painful but i played with it. The only thing to do is give it rest or you can put padding on the toe, like bandage or double sock on the foot so it is not rubbing on the cleat. Also you can buy new cleats. Thats about it!

It sucks and it will likely bother you until you quit playing on it for a few weeks, b/c it is almost impossible to play on it w/o re-aggravating it every time.

i had it over the winter, from playing indoors on turf all the time. it hurts, but it wont kill you. if you have a few more games, just tough it out, and itll heal in the time off. otherwise, pad it more, make sure there isn't as much room for your foot to slide around in your shoe also
