Thanx, that's good to know. I got them done a few years ago professionally with the whole laser stain thing. Works great but then a couple years of chocolate protein shake use puts me right back to square one.

Look up "ACP Nite White" - I use it and it works well.
Go with the weaker version first then if you want to keep using it get the 35% one

Apparently its what the US dentists use and sell it for $200+ but you can get it on ebay for half that
Dentists here allege its illegal to sell such strong whiteners over the counter etc ..

Well you can pay extra and they can somehow make a more 'higher quality' match for your teeth (tray mould) where they match it to clay then make a rubber/plastic mould from that, otherwise they send you a 'blank' mouth guard, you dip it on hot water and then suck it onto your teeth (thats all I did) But yeah, pretty easy - all done by mail order. If you pay a dentist to do it they'll do it all in shop I'm sure.

I got it from the dentist, the custom tray, mouth molds and whitener ran just over $400.

I order the whitening off of ebay now, I use the 35% and have never had a problem with sensitivity.

I run it 14 days in a row then quit.
