dumbell bench press doesnt bother me

barbell bench press does.

reverse flys for rear dlets i feel some discomfort for 1-3 reps then it goes away

pec flys it hurts.

its not alot of pain or anything serve yet i believe but its made me aware of its presence basicly right on around the small clavical bump

any suggestions what i should do? any gp i go see will send me to a specialst in 9 months, i dont want steriod shots i wanna rehab this shit and move forward. Ive read about DC traing broomstick stretches help.. any other tips or advice i could really use thanks.,
