IMPRESSION: 21/3/2015
Grade II degeneration of posterior horn of medial meniscus.
Mild knee joint effusion.
Do I need surgery or physical therapy because the doctor in my country wants money before the patient's health
can i do workout agin

Well it sounds like it's in your best interest to try physical therapy and most anything else and only surgery as a last resort.
You want to look into some good supplements such as Fish oils, MSN and the peptide TB500
