That's a good sign. I still get the numbness and tingling, but am hoping it's from healing, not further damage.

Strength is slow. Some days things seem to be responding better, some days I'd just as soon rio the left arm off and chuck it in a garbage bin..

There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

LOL, I hear you and also my left arm. It still just does not move right sometimes. It will sort of flop to the left when Im reaching up or has almost zero strenth and I have to sort of shake the shoulder to get the muscle/tendon in position where I can do anything.

I think sometimes the body sort of gives up on doing more healing and you have to remind it, sort of like scar therapy where you have to keep pinning or stimulating the area to induce healing. You might try some acupuncture or less invasive muscle stimulation for the area.

4 weeks in and not much to report. A little less pain and its loosened up a bit more where it doesn't feel cramped on one side and will crack without pain. Other than that I can definitely tell its still tweaked but manageable at this point if it doesn't get any better with 1x a day anti inflammatory and a little hydocodone help. I was hoping to eliminate them 100%

7 weeks out and it is better. Loosed up quite a bit, more normal range of motion but after not having an anti inflammatory and 1 hydrocodone it starts to stiffen up quite a big again. This I can live with if I had to. I still want to work my my down to zero hydrocodone but that may not be possible with the fibromyalgia.
