dang down a pound today im sure it will be back though. 6 shoulder excersises today blew them out bad and only hit up about 3 for tricepts.

Well I dropped that weight but I dont mind so much because I took a bf test and it showed that I had dropped 2 pounds of at from before and that I had gainned a pound or 2 LBM, so im up to 161 pounds LBM. Hopefully in these next 4 weeks I can gain somewhere around 5-7 pounds lbm (I HOPE). ANyways i kinda did a chitty workout and only hit up 4 shoulders and 3 tricepts. My w/o partner felt sick so I kinda kept it short.Shot up my shoulders with the usual 3ccs and 2 ccs but I think that the 3ccs is a little much because Im noticing its getting harder to stick the pin into the muscle.

This is a very good thread. I was very intrested to read about you M1T use. You can get 60 5mg pills for 10bucks its like the crack of bodybuilding haha. Your food psn really looks like it threw everything off. Will you extend your cycle?

Yea i stopped doing daily logs after that.
anyway week 8 i got the mass back and im 187 pounds at 14.7 bf %
I just started week 9 and im throwing in 100mgs Methyl DHT pre workout to try and harden up my gains i hope because im dosing once a day that it will have some noticeable effects.
i hope I can get 2-4 pounds LBM at the end of this cycle!!!
