I was wondering if after you get them capped[doing it yourself] does the dnp eat thru the caps?should it be kept in the fridge?---and the cateracts thing ,I guess it realy rare 1% get them and not much you can do?

I'd read that on DNP it wasnt uncommon for people to lose 1/2 lb of fat per day but the dosage of this has never been said - were they on 600mg and losing 1/2 lb fat? Or were they cruising on 200mg per day for 20 days and what not?

Hello everyone
I'm new here, I found this forums while searching for some DNP Info.
I'm ashamed to say this but i started smoking weed in 2009 and because of the "munchies" I have gained about 7kg and I would like to lose them back before summer (and my birthday) come.
DNP Sounds like the perfect thing.
I workout 3 times a week and I have been doing so since last october. I play football (fairly competitive, about 2h, 5 a side) every week end and I stay away from the "crappy" food.
How much should I use? for how long? and where can I get some safe dosages? I found a website that sels them but i dont trust it :s

saying DNP is anti Carcinogenic is incorrect and missleading
this is not because DNP doesnt cause cancer, this is because their is no study that proves dnp causes cancer
their is proof that DNP has cuased cataracts, and severe drops in white blood cell count
though these studies are old, they still exist
i think people should try to remeber DNP was used as an explosive, pestacide killer, chemical dye etc
also try to remeber when dnp was first discovered to cause weight loss, it was becuase workers in a factory were exposed to DNP in the air, unions then noticed workers were loosing alot of weight
after several workers died from overheating and their bodies were examined it was found that thier bodys core tempratures were still rising for approx 48 hours dispite the fact they were dead
i know DNP hasnt been proven to cause a direct death
but try to remeber almost every phenol has been proven to cause cancer
taking DNP to cause weightloss isnt needed, diet is more then enough, t3 and clenbutral are more then enough if their stacked with a good steroid
i should mention i have also used DNP once to get myself in the 6% bf area, it did it very well
so im not one of those anti DNP users, what im saying is you should seriously consider what ur doing before u use DNP
think about it
and i think use should all look at what dnp did to those animals and c how it varies, thier not small issues, alot of those are irriversable, forget the fact their a different species have a good look

Ranging1 - Solid and true post. Fact is, DNP is the extreme, last resort type of deal IMO as well.
I am all for using it if you make it your self and are fully aware of the risks. Sure it destroys fat, but so does T3. But T3 eates everything. I see it this way, as we all should, you get an equal risk for the reward. T3 removes hard earned muscle, so DNP...? Does something equal to the possitive to the body in the shape of a negative force.
Thats not something I am willing to risk unless its a one time cut down for a short period of time. Not bad enough for me to do over a fight/contest/competition. Shouldnt be for anyone else either.

We have been looking for DNP and have been told you can find it for $1 a pill with antioxidents and antihistimines in it. Does anyone know where we can find this? We have reseached DNP, purchase the book Illegaly Thin, and read everything we can find on the internet. Now my husband and I are ready to try it, any advice on how to get it?

I started taking DNP about a week ago at 200mg capsule per day. Taking with detox supplement and multivitamins at the moment. Was thinking of taking a DNP capsule everyday for the next 100 days. What are your thoughts on this. I'm 37, 5'9" at 150kg and about 33% bodyfat. Also have access to 100x25mcg T3 tabs and clenbuterol lozenges.

I have done a lot of reading over the years to help me find the holy grail of training and I've reached the conclusion that there is no free lunch and everything effective supplement has unwanted side effects. The side effects of DNP are, well, not optimal(read above)! The best thing I have ever done for my body regards results is to supply it with a good diet and exercised in a manner that would enable me to reach my goals. That you can do 100% of the time, just allowing time off from the exercise to make a recovery. I don't like being the bearer of bad news, so I wont be -just take the information I just posted about nutrition and activity to heart and you'll go a long way. Doing it the slow way you'll get there. Doing it the fast way you may suffer side effects which will remain long after the amount of time it would have taken you to do it the slow way. Be well

New member... Liftin 13 years, id like to see how 200mg eod first week, then 200mg ed second week first cycle would benefit me. Then maybe another two week cycle of 200mg ed. Not sure where to start lookin, i dont wanna mess myself up w some fake crap...

In the study in which the DNP is combined with the t, why do they maintain the t3 supplementation after DNP is stopped. Doesn’t it make sense to taper down the t3 dosage?
Will taking t3 with dnp for 2 weeks (at a dosage of 50 mcg) cause thyroid shutdown?

Don't use dnp, but if you do
I would supplement with t4 according to the second article if anything. But, I would not use anything. Just dnp. Speaking from experience. DNP is the drug, anything else would just be adding a drop to the ocean. You are going to be uncomfortable enough, no need to make it worse.
I have used both with dnp, t3 was intolerable and 50mcg t4 was the most I could handle. I tried clen also, that didn't last long. It was the middle of winter and I was walking around in my boxers with the windows wide open sweating like a mother fucker. Walking around outside in a t-shirt, I was frequently stopped by people asking if I was crazy. DNP is not pleasant, don't make it worse by stacking it with stuff that is insignificant in comparison and unnecessary
