JiGGaMaN's cutting cycle diary
Alright boys and girls this is the beginning of my cutting cycle. I will be using no supplements or anabolics for the time being. I want this to be the most complete and educational cutting diary of all time so i will be posting exactly what im eating as well as cardio/weight training. I will also include anything else that may affect progress including drugs alcohol consumtion and other things of that nature. This is not because i want to promote usage of illegal substances, but rather because i want this to be as educational as possible. that being said, im starting off at the following:
19 years of age
221 lbs @ approx. 18-19% bf
5 years training experience
height 6'2
Goals are:
BF in single digits.
Pertinent info: I am a smoker of about 4 years, i smoke around half a pack a day, i also smoke marijuana 2-3 times a day. Liquor consumtion will be as limited as possible although i may drink a bit on the weekend, i will include alcohol/marijuana/cigarette consumtion on a daily basis as well as complete meal info and training. Pictures will be comming soon and will be done along with body fat % on a weekly basis. That being said lets get this mofo started!!!

Im Also welcoming anyone to do a cutting cycle along with me and post up progress. Anyone with advice for diet/motivation/cardio/weightraining in regards to cutting is welcome to post up as well. Im 5 days in right now and will be posting my food consumtion and excersize later this evening. Keep it real, Jiggaman.

Thats a good idea to keep a log of the drug etc. intake...reminds you how much your taking in...
Im trying to cut my fat self down...Im starting with 14%BF. Ill be watching your posts to get ideas...good luck...

By the way i am doing this in order from when i wake up to when i go to bed. meals are spaced about 2 hours apart except after weightlifting which i eat right after and then an hour after. cardio is being done on an empty stomach with 25mgs ephedrine, coffee, and 2grams of L-carnitine.

45 minute back/bi's workout

By the way the protein bars im eating are CarbRite Diet bars which are 22g carb 21g protein and 4g fat. they are amazingly delicious i suggest everyone try them. i find they work really good when im trying to stave off the munchies

Well its day 5 and im down 8 lbs !!! yay for me thats a step in the right direction. This isnt as hard as id thought it would be, hopefully it will continue to be this easy. Found i have increased smoking to almost a pack a day!! exams and dieting causing a lot of stress i guess. Pot smoking is still at about 3 joints a day or so. no liquor or other substances consumed as of yet.

Just at work right now and im super hungry. Packed myself chicken and rice for lunch along with a protein bar that i can munch on until lunch. First pictures will be up tonight. since no one likes my no anabolics cutting diet im thinking about spicing it up a bit with anavar or a prop/npp combo or maybe all three to get you guys more interested and maybe save/gain some muscles while im at it.

Well its the end of day six and im very pleased with my progress. The weight is just flying off. Man this is so easy its retarded. I guess Im just very motivated. Im noticeably leaner already, sweet! Hopefully ill be able to not do anything rediculous this weekend but i have a feeling i might be doing a lot of drinking. Till tommorow children

Well as you can see i went clubbin yesterday, drank a lot of liquor but on the other hand i did a shitload of dancing i also at a lot of pasta at lunch because of a work party. cardio has been getting easier and easier and so has dropping the body weight. Been drinking about 2 gallons of water a day, not sure if thats too much but im sure i could be doing worse things. still smoking a lot of chronic. keep it real.

Well i think i did pretty damn good considering all the stuffing and pasta and all that garbage was around and i didnt touch it. pretty happy with myself on that one. progress pretty much was at a stand still as of monday as i was retardedly busy and training lacked a bit although i did get cardio in about 3 times this week as well as back/bi's and chest/tri's workout. going to incorporate crunches to my routine as belly seems to be my main area of concern. alright finally got to the gym today and im still at 212. this week was a total write off. im pretty sure its because im battling a SEVERE case of depression. ive basically been either angry or sad to the point where i have my head on my computer table crying. i dunno whats wrong with me but im feeling really upset all the time and i feel its affecting my progress. that being said im not sure what im going to do, but im sure as hell not going to give up on this. peace -jiggaman

Alright now here comes the fun: i just got 4,000mg's of anavar so i will be doing 60-80mgs till i run out. im going to start off with 80mgs a day and see how i do on that, if i dont like it i will reduce it to 60mgs a day. im not going to be posting every day anymore as its getting really boring for me and probably for everyone else, my diet is pretty much the same almost every day anyway. im down to 209 lbs now which is 12lbs from where i started, so i guess thats pretty good. now its time to see what a good dose of anavar will do when thrown into a nice cutting cycle.

well, studies have shown especially in younger men the use of mj will increase the development of gyno, slows the metabolism, and increases fat deposits..
that's what i see.. also inactivity will bring on depression.. working out and keeping the heart beating will help with the depression..

I personally think your diet needs some work...shoot for no more than 2-3lbs a week.
