Up to 203-205, More vascularity as of now and I'm sure much more to come considering I just started Winny + masteron . Strength is still slowly going up which is already ridiculous. Try not to lift heavy each workout to avoid injury though.
I think I'll end at a solid 205 around 8% as things are looking. Appreciate all the support thus far and those who have been following.

Goals are to hold 205-210 at below 10% until I start dieting near the end of the year, want to see how I look at 3-4% and depending on that I may compete in 07.

lol, walgreen's doesn't have shit on my cycle!

Btw I cut it back quite a bit because of personal preferences. I have a feeling I'll be a solid 210 by the end of this parade. After that, 220 here I come! Sick I tell you, sick! lol

I suggest you get your BF done my man...you waist size doesn't go up while maintaining in the same BF.I'm sure this is an internet BF percentage, but in real life you don't want to be fooling yourself..if you understand what I mean?

Pinn... would his bf% not stay the same if his waist-increase was due to denser obliques/abs?

Is it possible to be more vascular yet have more BF? Curious.

Also I agree, my lower back density has deff increased as well as my ab's. I didn't really lift them consistently before whereas I have in the last 3months on a regular basis with heavy weight.

    Opinions?

Possibly, but to put an inch on your waist without gaining any BF at all in 10 weeks is nearly impossible.I mean he's bulikng here, and claims to have put on 18 pounds of solid muscle while not putting on any BF at all is BS bro...sorry.I've been in this game far too long and have seen it all.Even with a top notch nutritionist you'll put on at least 2 percentage points of BF.If your are restricting your cals to near perfection, there is no way in fvkin hell you can put on that amount of size in that short a time frame without virtually any BF..

Anyway,I could really care less.My point is not to bullshit yourself here. It's one thing to exaggerate on the 'net. But to BS yourself is only going to hurt you in the long run if you plan on competing in the future. You need to be dead honest with yourself and know exactly how much muscle you've put on,plus how much BF ect...guessing doesn't cut it in this sport.I see guys at the gym who think thier BF is around 10% or so,then they get tested to find out they are really 13-14 %........they might be surprised(they are) but at least they know exactly where they stand and what needs to be done for the overall big picture.

Continue to fool yourself(state of denial) and you are setting yourself up for major disappointment when it comes time to cut.

I'll give you an example here....my arms, legs, delts are fvkin shredded.Almost contest condition-like..BUT my BF is still 9.5 %.When ppl see my arms they think I'm like 5% BF...get my drift here fellas?

    Gotcha Pinn, thx.

Btw, at 206 Upping my calories to 6K+/day. About 3wks left and all lifts are still climbing. We'll see how it ends up, keep you posted.

Also, dropped masteron . No reason to run it since I am still bulking and obviously not under 8%. Thx for replies.

    Wow

After reading this post I have a different respect for those who use AAS the right way. I had no freaking clue how complicated Diet, cycles of gear and lift/rest cycles were. Not to mention motivation. It scares me though because after reading this it sounds like you have to be a genius to join the darkside. Guess i'll just have to do a little more homework. Great post IBD I learned alot. You program is insane and totally motivating bro. Can't wait to see you at 220 i have no doubt you'll be there. Good luck. Qex.

Much appreciated post Qex. Not too many ppl see it the way you do and either want to talk down or judge. I spend every waking moment dedicated to the sport, it's nice to see it pay off when you do what is needed.

    Btw, Update:

Currently 207, still pretty dry and still gaining. Have a little under 2wks left with my Prop and Winny. Strength is still increases as well as my overall shape and thickness. If I can hold over 200 through PCT then I'll be set. I see no reason why I shouldn't as long as I stick to my current diet.

Again thanks for noticing what it's all about and see past the media hype.
I'm sure others besides myself on this board appreciate that.

Btw, I have met/surpassed all my cycle goals as far as measurements go except for calves. Still blasting away twice/wk. Just need 1/2 inch more.

    Thank you sir.

Btw, up to 208.5 and counting. Two weeks left, switching to suspension for kicks for the remaining two weeks. Lets break 210 damnit. Keep bulking until end of August, so 215 in the scopes for this year.

Hovering around 206-208 strength still increasing slowly. All in all gained good density and shape from this cycle. Week or so left will continue to bulk through August.

This will be one of my last logs, Thanks for reading!
I'll update measurements/lifts/current weight in a couple wks.

Measurement update, getting BF checked tomorrow before Leg workout so I'll update that when it comes.

Feel as if I need to drop the calories a bit, so my body will adjust before I hit PCT in a week. Currently consuming close to 5500/day and will drop it to 4200 within the next week, more of a maintainance/clean bulk.

    Measurements:
    Weight: 188.......210
    BF: Approx. 7-8%.......Try 10-12%
Chest: 45........48 (might have messed up on measurement in Feb, read a bit low
    Arms: 17........17.5
    Waist: 32.......33.5
    Legs: 24.5.......25.75
    Calves: 15.......15.75

BF checked 4pt caliper test, not sure on accuracy but he came up with 10%. So my guess is anywhere from 10-12%, pretty accurate guess before.

Good things always come to an end.

I use the one at the gym. Buy them online I'm sure. Google it.

Ending cycle today and starting PCT tomorrow, last shot of suspension was this morning. Sick of shooting honestly and ready to come off, sitting at 208-210, measured at 10%. Very happy with results.
    PCT protocol as follows:
    Aromasin 25mg/day wk1-8
    Nolva 20mg/day wk1-8
    Proviron 50mg/day wk1-6
    Wk 10 bloodwork.

    Diet will stay as follows.

    Training days:
    Prot. 350
    Carbs 550-600
    Fat 100
    Approx Calories = 4500-4800

    Nontraining days:
    Prot 350
    Carbs 450-500
    Fat 80
    Approx Calories = 3800-4200

Thanks to everyone that follow my log and supported me. Helped a lot during certain times when I was pushing 6000+ calories and I felt as if I'd throw up every meal. Appreciate it friends.

    BD

*(pics)* First is from Sept. 05 after finished Test/Tren /Eq cycle. 196lbs
Others are recent after my somewhat clean-bulk 210lbs.
I'll continue with higher calories through PCT and then clean it up for a month and then boost the calories up again. Enjoy.

Yes, I ran it way too short IMO. But then again my cycle kinda changed directions. I'd run it minimum 10wks next time, but I'll deff be doing it again sometime in the future. Possibly in 07 if I can fit it in.
