day 2 week 2 feeling
i'm starting to get a serious urge to overtrain, i know how detremental this can be to my workout, but i cant stop thinking about how much i want to go to the gym
meals today freaking rocked i was starving my ass off
woke up 6 egg whites 2 cups of oatmeal, chopped not whole, it was kinda weird, berry cup
smoothie w plain yogurt and a ton of fruity goodness 1 scoop of whey
4 pieces of wheat toast, tuna
shake
shoulder work out, love those supersets
shake
potatoes and rice with more tuna and grilled chicken
fatty bowl of cottage cheese and a tablespoon of honey
water intake was up, my accounting professor allowed me to start drinking in class but other phd's still think their lecture is more important than my hydration.
i uppd the dosage to 25mg and i'm feeling awesome,still no sides thus far, i checked my blood pressure and i was well in range. Valentines went great, did you guys know that a La-Quinta inn is a great place to do evening and morning training? Id like to say resistance training wouldnt be the right words for it though, there wasnt much resistance at all...

water retention is ok, i'm still at a low dosage compared to what alot of guys consider to be the best...ie 50mg a day
i'm slightly rounded off from the water but really i think my gains are mostly coming from extreme work outs and sticking to my diet, the dianbol is helping yes, but i would safely say i still only expect a maximum of 30% loss

OK heres the low down. My life has gone to utter and complete shit scince my last post on the 17th. The police were called on my little brother for what my idiot father called, "disruptive behavior" after my dad nearly choked him to death in the living room with his bare hands. My Older brother was kicked out of the house, my mother is in Au on vacation, my sister almost killed herself by intentionally overdosing on prescription pain pills, she is now in a psychiatric hospital. My younger brother slit his wrists and was white as a ****ing sheet when my dad found him bleeding with the suicide note next to him.
thats it, it may seem like alot to some or not shit to others, but I look at myself and wonder why i can so nonchalantly type this sort of thing. Families shouldnt be like this, its going to ruiun my health and i thank god every day for the weights in the gym that help me move my problems one rep at a time.

I don't even know what to say to that bro. I'd tell you to hit the gym, but that would be the least of my concerns if my family was in a tough spot. Just remember this - you're family will always be just that, family. Reguardless of how bad you **** up [my parents know I juice], they'll more than likely be there through the struggle. When my mother found out I was taking steroids , I felt like complete shit for letting my family down, but I still know they love me, ya know?
Man, I really hope you can get things figured out. Thats horrible timing for anything bad to happen, especially all at once, and especially on cycle.
If you don't update in a while, we'll understand.

Day 5 week 3 feeling
Dosage is up, water retention is definately up i'm starting see it mostly in my shoulders for some reason they seem bulkier but not as hard as all the other gains
diet is going great, today is my bday so perhaps i will cheat and have a sliver of my cake, do they make protein cake? that would be badass
family= gone to hell, so im not getting much support there
i've been sleeping alot better, i've been doing cardio right before bed and right when i wake up and for some reason its working miracles.
I'm seriously debating a cutting cycle soon, i've gained all this quality mass and i'd really like to show it off, not sure which route to take, and i think despite my current situation i can get away with needles so why not go for it? I'ma do some research and make sure whats rigth for me
i skipped my ppw meal yesterday and it killed me i was dragging ass big time
step it up and eat more
is it bad that when i see oatmeal and dry toast i want to vomit?... thank god for potatoes!

Incredible Hulk!!!.
I am the incredible hulk, there is no doubt about it, I step into the gym and the plates fear me. I screamed at the bent bar today because i couldnt lift it, then I picked it up and did 2.
I love this stuff, almost a pity that i have to stop after a few short weeks....Blah
I've gained a fair bit of quality mass, water retention seemed to just jump on me all at once, i was expecting a gradual increase but its definately here.
Workouts are going famously, i've broken several plateu's and i'm eating like a maniac, i ate almost a dozen and a half eggs between yesterday and today. Tuna is rocking hardcore
For some reason though bread and oatmeal are not favorites....Do grits count? lol
anyhow I'm rocking and rollin and holy spit am I getting strong.
One particular thing i'm happy about is that all my anger and mood swings happen in the gym. I havent snapped at anyone or gotten into any fights despite what all has been going on. But dude leave me alone at the gym cuz i will turn green on your ass!!

One week Left!!!
Feeling I'ma up the dosage and finish out strong trying to keep most of the gains during pct. Diet is rocking weight is up strength is up i'm feeling awesome
I bust through new records after each one is set and i'm on a roll, my cardio is going really well in the mornings and I cant help but think that although i'm weighing in heavier that i'm looking alot slimmer.... anyhow Clomid is my homie after this last week. Gotta finish strong, More water though i'm sucking it down but its not really coming out, wierd? i think so i'll have to look into this.
also need to research how long i need to wait before starting the cutting cycle i need to cut off this unnesisary gobldy goop

How severe is the water-retention?

Yeah me too. The water seemed to jump on me all at once and it looks great but i know how much will stay on board and how much will drop. I was extremely surprised that it wasnt a gradual compensation, i think the increased dosage is what did it in for me. I think if i do this particular cycle again i will remaim at a lower dosage for the same time period.

well i'm a week into PCT feeling great, had some more issues that kept me out of the gym for a couple days. But i have not receeded yet and i'm still pumping out just as many sets /reps at steadily increasing weight. who knows maybe my body will be the biological exception to the laws of nature and keep all my gains......j/k. anyhow i'm feeling good diet is steady but my mind is just really heavy.
will post final stats as soon as pct is over

Feeling slightly sluggish now, going through the workouts i just seem to go through the motions.... But i'll get over it.
6 days of PCT left...i've leveled out in weight and its left me sort of down.
i lost quite a bit but hey i have more than when i started so i should be happy
Weight at the beginning of Cycle: 220 ibs
Weight at the end of cycle: 236 1/2 according to doctor
current weight : 228
projected finished weight: 227

NEWBIES **** PLEASE TAKE NOTICE****
Thoughts about this cycle.......Using Dianabol as a suppliment is only a good idea for more recreational weight lifters. Serious gains can be had from Dianabol, but with a large opportunity cost on the body. I reccomend that anyone trying to duplicate this cycle or use it as reference material, will keep in mind the proper precautions that were taken to insure that this "recreational" use of the drug was effective and safe.
on a 1-10 scale
1 = weight trains effectivly 2-3 times a week
10= a professional body builder
ASSUMING the person has knowledge about steroids , I would say this is a level 5.
Not effective for those looking for massive and trustworthy gains but at the same time requires more than average physical input to see results.

Definately Not.
After finishing the cycle and computing money vs gains vs projected natural gains, I have concluded that although it was a fun experience, it was a waste of time and I would never do it again.
I learned the hard way..yes but i will say it was educational at least and can use this as knowledge in the future.

I just finished 7wk 60mg/day dbol cycle and my doc said my liver values was perfect...no milk thistle.

No i didnt drink at all when i did dbol cycle.I was heavy driker before and my liver values was very bad before.Only side effect was high blood pressure and i coulndt sleep very well also my appetite went down after 5wk.Like usually,with only dbol my my gains went away pretty fast.I gained about 20lbs. and kept 5-10.This was last time when i do dbol only cycle(Its not worth of it, only good thing dbol in my opinion is amazing pumps in gym) .I will now keep little brake and start use test again.Maybe 5-10mgs before bicep training
