nm ignore my posts. You had already began your cycle and this was an old thread someone bumped argghhh I hate when that happends. I was just trying to help you right from the begining so that you dont miss anything.
So you see.. you have made some gains but your looking beefy, massive but not lean/cut at all. If you would have cut for a longer period of time before you began this cycle then right now you would be looking much bigger and still looking cut at the same time but mehh..
whats done is done. If I were you, I'd begin a cutting diet right after this cycle. You should look nice after the cutting proccess although you have made some good gains keep your head up.

Thanks for your opinion...
I think i will do a maintenance diet for a while to try and keep my new gains, then i will decrease calories slowly and when i`m around 12% body fat i`ll start a cutting diet,
What do u think?

k I would say keep the calories the same. Meaning if you consume 4000cals/ed then keep it the same for the remainder of the 5 weeks you got left. As soon as you hit pct bump your cals by 500 to make it a total of 4500.
Also take some creatine at that time and train extra hard in the gym but dont over train. Meaning lift a bit heavier but dont train for a longer period of time which could lead to over training.
All this stuff will help you on pct to keep as much gains as possible. After 4 weeks of pct I would definently begin a nice, clean cutting diet to lose the extra fat you gained while on cycle and also to lower your bf % too.
I would also do 45 mins of cardio in the a.m on an empty stomich at 65-70% of your heart rate. Do the cardio 1st thing in the morning as soon as you wake up.
If you do all this then you will help keep all your gains from your cycle and lose the extra fat after your cycle. Basically you will become big and ripped at the same time and then were talking big daddy

I`m eating around 4500calories , so i`ll bump that to 5000 calories in PCT
I was already thinking of using creatine in pct.
I will do exactly like u said as it seems a good plan,

I post some pictures on my last shot, then after completing pct, then around 3 months of cutting, and then while on my first cutting cycle

time on + pct time (while on cycle) = time you need to take off (before begining a next cycle)
January, February you can began the next cycle if your going to run something.
