    im coming up on end of cycle thinking about running it an extra week just because superdrol is now banned and i will not be ordering anymore so why not finish the last bottle. IM THINKING about starting running clen . Would this be bad to do during my PCT. Oh and ill im going to take during my PCT is anabolic extremes PCT pills not the rebound

    so many ppl at my highschool were using SD. i even talked to an 8th grader who was on it. sadly they all no nothing about lifting hard and nutrition so they all look like sh*t. makes me mad

    hey i put back on my strength happy about this. 275 8 times the other day on bench which isnt too bad maybe could of gotten 9. Decided to run for another 10 days and up to 5 pills a day just to finish off the bottle then start PCT bottle. Debating whether to run Clen when running pct. Kind of stopped cutting now just eating clean. At around 198-200. which means ive lost 35 pounds of just fat since im the same strength. Overall im pretty happy still wanna lose a few pounds without any muscle so really thinking about clen.

    6 straight weeks of SD? That's a bit much bro. I wouldn't go over 3 weeks.

    the company recommends 6 i went 8 didnt really even see gains until week 3 or 4 only real sides were bad muscle cramps and a little bit of a loss of sex drive

    ok well just thought id let you all know. a few days left of my pct ran clen during it. Good results overall was 183 in this pic actually made it to a 178 a few days later Maybe will make it to 175 b4 clen cycle is over.
    so heres the final before and after.

    Workout split was like this

    1legs
    2 back bis
    3 chest
    4. sholders tris

    cardio 1x per day 3 days of the week 2x per day 3 days of the week then one day off.

    FOOD
    1800-2200 Cals

    1
    egg whites and MY NEW FAVORITE MEAL oatmeal mixed with peanut butter and (sometimes banana)

    2
    flax and amino

    3
    protien shake light carb source

    workout

    4
    protien shake oatmeal and penut butter

    5
    fish vegetable

    6
    chicken

    7 protien with some sort of fat either peanut butter or flax

    Plans now are to start a bulking Test E cycle in november some people say 178-180 is too light to start that but whatever. Just a little scared now because i (HEARD) people who are alergic to penicllian are alergic to test E and thats me. IF ANY ONE out there knows anything about that let me know

    wow bro, 6 weeks on sd with no cholesterol supps, not to mention bp supps. Superdrol is considered a bulking roid because optimum results are acheived with tons of carbs and calories. As superdrol provides huge gains in lean mass (10-15lbs in a 3 weeks) with no fat gains whatsoever if diet is on point, I ask why anyone here would suggest sd for cutting??? Sd is one harsh compound and imo not worth taking unless used to its maximum potential. If you wanted to go the legal route, you would have been much better served with hd50, a milder roid sufficient for maintaining lean mass. Anyways I wouldn't be so quick to claim your cycle a successful one before blood work is done, I sense a long and tough struggle with your lipid values.

    By the way, I may have misunderstood but if saying you were 'hung over' meant you were drinking while on sd you are a fool. I am surprised no one sh*t on this thread sooner.

    Shit man, I look like you prior do your cycle. I wouldnt jump on AAS yet but shit with effects like that in 6 weeks its simply amazing considering your diet was half ass not to mention drinking. Did you do AM cardio?

    end of april to julyish is how long i was cutting. It was just 6 weeks read closer and i tightend diet way up towards the end. And yeah i did cardio in the morning and somedays in the evening as well
