Superdrol
Ok so ive decided to run superdrol while i finish cutting. Following this i would like the bulk clean with test E.
Heres a list of the supplements i will be taking
Amino 2222
Whey Protien
Rampage
Superdrol
hydroxycut hardcore
eating between 2800-3100 cals a day
ill try to update this everyday to everyother day
Weeks 1-2 2 caps (20 mg) Superdrol™
Weeks 3-4 3 caps (30 mg) Superdrol™
Weeks 5-6 4 caps (40 mg) Superdrol™
Week 7 4 caps (100 mg) Rebound XT™
Week 8 3 caps (75 mg) Rebound XT™
Week 9 2 caps (50 mg) Rebound XT™
Week 10 1 cap (25 mg) Rebound XT™

Was 230 Now 195
arm was 19 now 18.5
legs were 27 now 26.5
calves 17.5 now 17ish
Today 2nd day on
Chest
-Bench 225 x 6 275 x1 315x 1 225 X 10 225 X 10 really stuggled with weights that really use to feel light. wanted to see what my max was around and i guess 315 is it. Was around 355-365 before cutting.
-Incline 4 sets 225 x 6
-flys 4 sets 45 x 10
-cable cross overs 4 sets
meal 1 - protien shake 350
baked potato
meal 2 cottage cheese 350
banana
meal 3 protien shake 450
yogurt.
meal 4 these thin slice breaded strip things from apple bees pretty health just sliced tomatoes and a little cheese on top 450
meal 5 chicken breast one slice of garlic bread and vegetable 450
meal 6 hasnt come yet short on cals today i know.

what supporting supps are u planning on taking along with the SD?? and FYI SD is mainly used for clean bulking not cutting.. Do some more research.

yea i know im not expecting to make any real gains with it with the low calorie diet just hoping to maintain strength maybe gain a little back. Plus its cheap and easy to get. Also taking a sup for the liver. Anyways todays workout

bent rows 4 sets of 10s
lat pull downs 3 sets of 10
i know i hit another exercise cant remember what though
Straight barbell curls 3 sets of 6 2 sets of 10
preacher curls 4 sets of 10
cabel concentration curls 3 sets of 10
dumbell curls 4 sets of 10
Cardio it was nice out so i skipped the treadmill and ran outside just over 3 miles
Today was the worst day of eating ive had in prolly a few weeks didnt eat anything then when i did what i ate wasnt that healthy broke diet today
Meal one Protien shake
banana
meal two yogurt
meal 3 slimfast
meal 4 Protien shaked and left over baked beans
meal 5 Grilled chicken breast sandwhich with (fries)
meal 6 and 7 have yet to come
Man i gotta tell ya that rampage stuff works quite well. Ive tried a lot of otc supps so im usually skeptical but this stuff does intensify ur workout. Hopefully the superdrol will kick in soon. But like i said with the low cals not expecting much. Anyone ever used superdrol b4? if so did how did you break up the dosases. Right now im only usin 20mg thats two pills. Space your doseages out as evenly as possible, you want to keep your blood levels consistent. So I guess one pill in the morning, and one at night would be best when only running 20mg. You should really like superdrol, I have never done any "real" steroids besides superdrol, but I yielded awesome gains while dropping BF. I can't wait to run it again with my diet in check.

i have Anabolic Extremes PCT and i said i was taking a supp for the liver.. But thanks for your help everyone. The diet forum is really helping and ive been wondering about the spacing but thats what i was thinking to. Wish they would of just said that on the bottle or the site

no strength gains yet actually feels like i may have lost a bit. improved diet though
example
oats 4 egg white 1 whole egg
protien shake
fish and veg.
protien shake with oj
chicken veg
protien shake
did legs yesturday strength was about the same
did chest today....sucked
135x 10 205x 6 225x 6 255 x 5 275 x 3 (really struggled) 275 x3 205 x 10
i use to do sets of 6-8 275 is it normal to lose this much strength while cutting???
incline 4 sets 10 8 8 8
flyes 4 x 10

i swear to god, i will NEVER stop working out. i feel that i dont even have a choice in the matter anyway. ive spent so much time and money on this... not to mention all the damage ive done to my body with aas. id rather hit myself in the head with a hammer than stop lifting

ok so i really didnt plan on never lifting again was just in a bad mood. Havnt been stickin to it really well. Plan on hittin it hard this week. Havnt really put on much weight really. 2 or 3 pounds at most. Strength is up example: did 275 6 times the other day which normally id be pissed about since i use to be able to do like 10 but seeing how i could only do 3 the week b4 ill take it. Heres a couple pics i snapped let me know what ya think. and yea i know it looks like im choking myself in the one.
