My week by week results....In the Lion's "Clen"
I thought since this was such a heavily questioned topic on the board, I thought I would share my story with this cycle for any who are interested.
Bio - Will be 40 at the end of this year. I lifted alot in college and did a few cycles (oh so long ago) back then. Havent done anything since and have slowly lost any physique....wife, kids, work, beer....the usual. Well my 2 year old boy ran me ragged a few months ago playing outside and I decided enough was enough. Not looking to to get huge or gain lots of mass; just want to get lean and cut.
So starting at 257lbs, 6'3 and 25% BF, I had some work to do.
Workout - Lift 3xweekly - Split routine/Heavy - Would like some mass as possible Cardio -4x weekly -45mins hard
Diet - 6 meals daily - 75% protein (1.5 per lb.) 25% good carbs
No fried, no alcohol, no sugar...everyting I used to love....gone...which is a good thing.
Protein Drink morning and nights + multivitamin and lovw dose aspirin
Meds - I have low test so I get a 200mcg shot every two weeks from doc. I take Synthroid and have for 8 years due to hypothyroid. Blood Pressure meds as well. (you can see I needed to get off my duff.....LOL)
Well 5 weeks into it, I have lost 30 pounds, down to 16% BF.
So......
I ordered some Clen (pills) from a no mention source via internet and may or may not get it. Lets just say, dont order online unless you know who you are ordering from. May turn out but wont do it again regardless. Thanks for this site for educating me on this.
So I turned to Lion's liquid and all I can say is fantastic.
This is now day 8 and have lost 4lbs since starting last week. I had hit a plateau after my initial losses.
What I have learned so far: (Remember - This is just my observations and may mean nothing for someone else. I am in no position to teach squat; only share. I am learning from the experts on this board. I woudl recommend otehrs to do the same who are new)
- I am up to 120 mcgs. I think that is more than enough and I would not go beyodn that. Have not had any real side effects to speak of except a little bit of shaky hand.
- I have found that the squirts work fine so no need for an oral syringe.
- I spread the squirts out
First day - 1 squirt 7:30 am (20mcgs)
Day 2 - 2 squirts 7:30 and 11:00 (40mcgs)
Day 3 - 3 squirts 7:30 x2 and 11:00 (60mcgs)
Day 4 - 4 squirts 7:30x2 and 11:00x2 (80mcgs)
Day 5 - 5 squirts 7:30x2, 11:00x2 and 2:00 (100mcgs)
Day 6 - 6 squirts 7:30x2, 11:00x2 and 2:00x2 (120mcgs)
Day 7 - Stay here through the cycle (120mcgs)
I spread my Taurine out amongst the three applications to equal 5 grams a day. I take 1 potassium (400) each morning.
So far, no cramps, illness, extreme shakes or problems of note. Blood pressure has been good....probably due to BP meds. I checked it daily and will do so now, weekly.
- I work out at 4:30 each day so I avoid taking to close to workout. I have not had any noticeable sleep issues other than my normal occasional restless nights thinking abuot not being fat anymore....LOL
- - Most IMPORTANTLY - drink a Gallon of water a day. I swear this is the best thing in so many ways. I got a a 2.5 litre jug that I drink one before noon and one after. Plus extra at night with dinner and after. This took some practice in that I am ont a big water drinker but I am working to hard to not see results due to insufficient water intake.
Hope this at least sends a message that you are never to old to start. My goal, funny enough, is a six pack by the time I turn 40.....and this time, not a six pack of beer....LOL.
I will keep my weekly postings up to chart my progress. Thanks to all the great experts on this board. I have learned alot form it and have spent more time reading, than writing. I figured it was time to share.

more than likely the lose of weight is do to your body releasing the water it is holding, but the clen /water combo will do wonders for you, thanks for sharing your experience..

Is there anything you woudl add to the clen routine that would add to teh weight loss results besides stricter (less caloric) diet and/or increased cardio? I didnt want to go so overboard that I lost muscle along with fat.....six pack is nice but super skinny is not....LOL
