I start my cycle later today. Here it is.
1-12 Test E 500/wk
7-14 Var 50/day
1-14 L-dex .25/day
PCT
14-15 nolva 40/day clomid 100/day
16-17 clomid 50/day
16 nolva 30/day
17 nolva 20/day
18 (if necessary) 10/day
Everyday of my life: Duta .5/EOD

This is my first cycle in four years. First was sus 250 500/wk 2 shots. I did not know anything about cycling and did no PCT. Lost everything and stopped working out for a year. Now 3 years training hard mostly. Got a good base. Pics and more to come. I inject tonight after class. No jumpstarters for me.

just did first inject. 1cc to the thigh. bled but not bad. pics by fri day.

Workout routine:
Monday
Cardio a.m
p.m weights
Chest/tri
Inc Bench BB
Flat bench DB
Inc flys
Weighted dips
CGBP
One-arm pulldowns
Tuesday:
Cardio
Wednesday: a.m cardio
Back/bi
Weighted pullups
Bent over rows
Deads
BB curl
Inc curl
Hammer curl
Thurs: Cardio
Friday: Legs/shoulders
Leg press
Leg extensions and curls
Hacks
BB press
side laterals
reverse fly
shrugs
Knees are messed up but will phase squats in/hacks out
Saturday: cardio
Sunday: Gym opens at noon so no cardio so I do abs.
Diet is posted in diet section. It is a cut but will be ramping up cals every week until I get between 4-5000. This will be done around week 4 when test is kicking in.
Cardio will be reduced to non-lifting days.

I am trying to get my friends digital cam and will have pics by end of week. This log will be updated every now and then for the first four weeks until the test kicks in.

3rd shot last night. Went into left thigh and hit something that made my leg spasm and had to pull out but went up leg and went in fine.

We started our cycle within 5 days of each other, so we should see ours kick in roughly around the same time. I will be interested to see the results.
