My first Clen Cycle Log
Hi
Thanks in Advance For any help provided
Today is my first day on my Clen cycle
I’m starting the dose at 25mcg to a max of 100mcg
Also will be taking 1500mg of Milk Thistle
2g pre workout and 2g PWO of Taurine
Stats
24 years old
5’11
197 lbs
Will be doing circuit training and 45 min treadmill
For info
Help needed with Clen Cycle 50mcg capsules
Started today at 25mcg and wow this stuff is strong had the shakes in my hand after 1 hour
I the past I have taking ECA with same affect at first and have been clean for almost 3 months
Doing 45min on the treadmill tonight

It was Hard going to the gym last night -15C and today its -25C ****ing cold
Yesterday did 45min of mix of fast walking and a bit of running
Took 2g of Taurine Pre workout and 2g PWO
This morning
25mcg Clen
500mg of Milk Thistle
1 pill multivitamins
1g Vitamin C
Also I will stop Clen at the 14th day and start again in 2 weeks
Will try to upload pic’s tonight
Today will do my circuit training and cardio for 25min

I think it’s around 13 or 14
I will ask tonight at the gym if I can get it measured
Also wanted to ask you
When in 14 days I start Clen again do I start back at 25mcg or what I toped at 100mcg
Also I’m eating 2 bananas a day for potassium

Last night did my circuit 2 time around
Then hit the sauna for about 15min
Still could today not as bad as lat night it was about -30C
Today about -12C
This morning
25mcg Clen
500mg of Milk Thistle
1 pill multivitamins
1g Vitamin C
I realized that I was popping about 25 pill a day CARZY
Doing only 25min of cardio tonight taking easy tonight
Tomorrow will be taking 50mcg of Clen and doing cardio in the morning and circuit at night

Wow bad pic's bad lighting
My upper body and arms and legs are a lot more developed will try to upload better pictures
Today I’m at 50mcg
This morning
50mcg Clen
500mg of Milk Thistle
1 pill multivitamins
1g Vitamin C
Don’t know if I should be taking more then 1.5g Mil Thistle day
And If I should be taking Clen before the gym
I take the Clen in the morning and I finish work at 4 get to the gym around 5
Right now 1hour after taking Clen I really feel it working my hands are shaking alot more then before but my body temp is only 36.2C
What do u guys think should I take more Milk Thistle?
And should I be taking the Clen before workout?

Clen is active in the body for a long time. You might try splitting your dose in half. take one dose in the AM upon waking and the other pre workout.
Once you have taken 2 weeks off you will feel the effects of the clen strongly again. I would not start as low as 20mcg though, try 60mcg.

Friday night no gym ended up going Skiing
So made up for it on Saturday and Sunday
did my circuit and 35min Cardio Walking fast pace and 15min Sauna
How much Calories should I be burning Help anyone ??
Today I'm at 75mcg of Clen
Also Been getting weird type of headache
My feet also hurt from all the cardio may need new runners :P
Also down to 197bls

Yesterday had a really bad head headache took 4 Advil’s and it was still hurting had to take a Nap then hit the gym
My head is still not at 100% so today mite take Tylenol if headache get worst
Day 10 and haven't really lost any weight yet
The problem I have is I get blotted so I'm trying not to have any salt
In the morning I feel really lean almost see my abs
I dunno if it my routine than needs to be changed or do more cardio
Because all the post I have read about Clen people looser weight very fast on it so not sure what the problem is maybe the dose is to low

Tonight take day off from gym and just relaxing I thing or mite just to the cardio

Yesterday Had headache all day don’t know if this is normal
Took Tylenol 500mg in the morning and one in the afternoon
Not sure how long the headache are gonna last its been more than 3 days now
Will stay on Clen till Tuesday then will take my 2 weeks off and see if I will start again
Not sure for now cuz I haven’t really seen any results
Not sure right now maybe change my hole routine
Today I’m at 100mcg

Friday night did 45min Cardio
Sat did my circuit and 25min cardio
I did Run 1min walk 1 min
Sunday took it easy
I’ve been taking Tylenol 500mg and found it to work best with the headache
Haven’t really lost any weight in the last 2 weeks on Clen not sure if the dose was too low or I’m one of those people that is just immune to it
Tomorrow is my last day of the two weeks not sure if I will be taking it again in 2 weeks
Today I’m at 100mcg

Today was my last day on Clen
Last night I was still 198bls
Didn’t really loose any weight
My friends say that I look a little leaner
I will upload pics and you guy can judge
At this time not sure if I will start it again in two weeks or just take ECA

IMO you have a lot to gain (or lose, however you want to put it) by sticking to a good diet and cardio plan and that you should hold off on the clen until you reach a sticking point or have that last bit of fat you want removed, even then I am not sure it is right for you (based on pictures).
also, looks like to me that your training is geared towards endurance and not really fat burning.
try going over to the diet section, there are great post there to help with loosing fat.

Hey guys Thanks for all the help True I've been away from this post for a while
As I said b4 Clen didn’t do much for me
Ever since then I took 3 weeks off and started a new diet with ECA (Xenadrine RFA-1)
I've seen so much better results
and also haven’t been doing any cardio
Also A friend is using Albuterol In pill form and has lost alot of fat 15pounds in the first couple of weeks

I would go as far as to say that your diet was not good. I also found it strange you did not post your diet in your initial post.
If you don't know how to eat/train properly, what makes you think Clen is the answer?
*EDIT* I saw the diet you had in the link you supplied and saw several problems with it.
1. It was a diet your friend was on, i'm no genius but i bet your needs verse his needs are different.
2. Terrible diet to begin with and the amounts are all jacked up (IE: No EFA's, and to much protein in certain places IMO)
