    Annual Weight Gain

hey guys, just was curious as to how much lean muscle mass you guys seek to gain each year (using gear ofcourse). Alot of people tell me that gainning a permanent 10lbs+ is even pushing it. Is this true?

wrong area.....but to answer your question

gear changes the scenario and everyones going to have diverse results....for the average vet 10lbs of lbm a year is about right with a good diet and consistent workout regiment.

For a newbie gaining his "Jumpstart" or "Virgin" lbs can be alot more. When I started Lifting in 3 months I went from 180-210lbs. I was 16% BF and soared to 20% BF during my heavy bulk. If my maths correct, I gained 16.8lbs of lbm out of the total gain of 30lbs, but thats only a guesstimate. Thats naturally as well.

    anywhere from 10-20 lbs.

Last year at my best I clocked the scales in the low 250's, a year and change later I'm holding in the low 270's after PCT and my body fat is lower now. I think adding GH into my regimen is largely responsible for the increased mass and ability to retain it though.
