    first cycle, could use some advice

    5'10"
    175lbs
    11% bf

    I have been working out for 5yrs consistently and have hit my plataeu so heres what im going to start taking

    EQ - 300mg for 12 weeks
    test prop - not sure how much to take per week

    im looking to add about 10lbs of muscle. Will this get me to my goal? Is there a better combination i should try?

    How old are you?
    If this is going to be your first cycle I would reccommend staying with one compound. Maybe something simple like test cyp/enth 10-12 wks@400 to 500mgs. followed by proper PCT. Test prop, yes is a good test, but you'll be a human pin cushion while using it.

    depends where youre wanting to inject?i use a 22 g in my glute

    You are too small to use steroids . Post your exact training program and diet in detaiil.

    i train 6 days a week
    mon - chest
    tues - back
    wed - legs
    thur - arms
    fri - shoulders
    sat- double back or re train forearms, calves, abs...whatever i couldnt fit in during the week.

    My diet consists of eating whatever and as much as I can, i have a fast metabloism so i burn off everything what seems like immediately. I am 175lbs but it looks like a lot less because i have a very low bf%.

    What do you mean I am too small for steroids , I thought one of the reasons for taking a cycle is to get bigger, hence my goal?

    classic jason post! Please dont listen to this bafoon!

    Tinynick, I would start with something basic like test prop and maybe some dbol to get things going. That should help you reach your goal.

    I might suggest taking both sat and sun off. No need to train back 2x/week.

    Jason's posts are pretty negative but I agree.

    At 170lbs you havent built a foundation to support 10lbs that fast. Just because you decide to use drugs dosnt mean you'll get bigger and keep it.

    9 times out of 10 when someone says, I eat everything cause my metabolism blah blah means I havent really sat down and thought about what I eat and where Im going wrong.

    Plus you are overtraining. i would suggest a max of 4 days a week and maybe one day of cardio (Yeah even though your a "hardgainner" You'll benefit)

    Congrats though on becomming a member here, you'll find all the info you need. Alot of great minds on here to help.

    I know my post is harsh and its not what you wanted to hear, but many will agree with the above.

    Please stick around and learn a bit before you stick yourself and you can become one of ar's success stories.

    I totally agree with this...

    In my mind, i believe that a majority of people can have an impressive physique even without steroids , however just because you "think" you hit a plataue doesnt mean you should turn to gear so quick. Have you analyzed your diet and training methods? do you drink every wkend or every other?

    there are plenty of questions you should be asking yourself, not a flame, but i dont believe you have hit your genetic plateau..

    and to conclude, dont listen to anything Jason865 has to say, its all bitter--coming from a bitter individual who has nothing better to do than to ridicule others. Along with that he has no credibility and IMO i would consider him a pathetic---wait, worthless addition to this board...

    good advice from all (except worthless jason). Thanks for the feedback i will take it all in to great consideration. Ive heard that I should build my body to at least 200lbs before taking any cycles, does this sound like a better idea?

    Jason isn't that far off on his advice, just his delivery isn't the greatest.

    You are better off building a better base before introducing steroids into your system.
    at 5-10 I would get to 190-200 naturally before using . This will also give you a chance to get your eating down proper to GROW.... if it isn't right now, then steroids wont really help because they need even MORE food at the right times in order to work.
