    i wish you the best,but i am just going to state what i know. right now, in the ENTIRE world, for this year, the best 165lb raw squater was done by tony conyers(not relation to AR's own anthony roberts c o n o r s) is 530lbs. so you are saying you are squating more than the number one raw lifter in any federation at 165lbs?(drug tested or not tested)last year i had the highest raw squat in the 181lb class at 540lbs. this took me years to achieve a triple body weight squat raw(12years to be exact) so when you non-chelantly(sp?) say you squat 585, even if it was for single, it is hard to believe it is even close to a full range squat.

    also on a side note, i train with the worlds strongest equiped lifter in the 181lb weight class(highest total at 181lbs in the history of powerlifting out of any federation since the begining of record keeping) and i dont even believe he can sink a full squat at 585 raw. it may be close, but i still am not sure he could do this.

    ah ok we are arguing raw squats, i do use a smith machine for my max lifts, actully anything over 4 plaates im using a machine for balance assitance. I dont trust myself, or to be more honest, my spotters incase sh*t goes down. some of my friends are not the strongest fellows. so this may be what we are talking about. also when i do squats i put the bench seat underneath me, to make sure i go perfectly paralel, so i know im not cheating, i go down till i hit the seat, but dont rest there, just till i barley touch it, then go back up.

    well there you go, smith machine isnt even close to what one can free squat because when you use the smith, you dont use your stabilizer muscles, it is like comparing a leg press to a free squat, totaly different, it is like comparing apples and oranges

    how could u not have access to some tipe of video camera video phone where do u work out in the caves of Afghanistan any ways if your doing anything close 2 that weight your strong as f**ck and good luck

    lol...a smith machine squat? come on...youve gotta know damn well thats not a squat...thats a smith machine box squat..you should have mentioned that from go, as they are not even remotely the same. hell according to the cable bench press machine at my buddys apartment building gym i can bench 360 48 times, i guess i should say my max is 50 000 pounds, but i dont think i can bench an ocean liner..hahaha, im not trying to needle you dude, but how could the 2 even be compaired.
